I am always highly satisfied with my massage Therapist, Tomoko. She always go above and beyond to make my experience relaxing. The receptionists are pleasant. My interaction with Tomoko is much more genuine. She is the utmost professional every single time!

The receptionist, made me aware of additional treatments I can buy right away. That was little busy. Also the aestetitian made me aware to upgrade my facial before we even start. This was a little pushy also. I did not know that the facial was only 50 minutes. Everything was very quickly done. During the mask, she started to clean up, so there was a lot of noise in the room. I think the staff is trained to sell more and more before and during the session. I bought a facial as a promotion during X was time. So the receptionist asked me to pay $ 20 to adjust for the momentarily price.

The service was a little rushed. I realize that there is a formulaic process attached, however, I felt a little rushed and enjoy a more relaxing experience. It won't stop me from coming back, but I would've rated my overall experience higher had I not felt rushed. Additionally, when extractions are taking place, more light blocking would be appreciated. I have very sensitive eyes and the cucumbers or patches used were not enough. The brightness of the light hurt my eyes.

I wish they could get more than for a facial, there is either only face massage or face exfoliation

My "one hour" massage started at 12:10 and ended at 12:50. The therapist di not turn the lights down and talked a bit too much.

I’m new to this location, trying to find the right therapist for me. Location is farther than I’d like to travel, but is the closest to me since I’ve moved.

My service was scheduled for an hour, but my service was only 50 minutes which was unfortunate. I also didn’t like the upcharge for the facial but overall, I loved the facial.

My first visit, price of massage was fair. Over $100 for my next, way to expensive. A few of those questions on the intake highly inappropriate and invasion.

my boyfriends therapist didnt communicate to him at all about the pressure. he requested a relaxing massage, but she applied too much pressure to some areas. the appointment started late and ended early.

Technician was not wearing a mask. Did not perform extractions.
