Good was satisfied massage very professional and most of time they get in on the appointment time want,and have reasonable prices for non members..

I was quoted by phone $119 pp for couples massage and when I was billed it was $139 pp. when I checked in they asked who was receiving hot stones as if it was apart of the massage but was not instructed that it was added service

For the money the decor and massage were fine. I've been to other businesses and the overall ambience felt better. Maybe the lighting different and more decorative items displayed suggestive of a spa like environment.

Cancelation and rescheduling is inconvenient since it can’t be done online. Also, can’t cancel membership online. My online appointments have been messed up due to computer glitches. Cancelation policy is just not great during during unexpected Covid infections.

I've had the same Therapist for the last few session and this was a new one. I wasn't used to their methods and didn't feel as relax later in the evening than usual. Will try a different therapist and see if they are better

Women were talking very loudly outside the room for the entire duration of my massage. I could hear their conversation verbatim, it was distracting and prevented me from relaxing

I am always highly satisfied with my massage Therapist, Tomoko. She always go above and beyond to make my experience relaxing. The receptionists are pleasant. My interaction with Tomoko is much more genuine. She is the utmost professional every single time!
