The only concern I had is that I believe I request my therapist to wear a mask and I don’t believe he did.

Both receptionist were friendly and knowledgeable. They were both very helpful in answering my questions and helping me schedule another appointment. Alex was awesome! Very friendly and did a great job with my massage

I was misinformed by Amanda about my credits before agreeing to and up-charge. It felt shady.

My body was in so much pain afterwards I would’ve liked for him to use more pressure

While I was satisfied with the service, I thought it was strange that the therapist barely spoke 2 words to me. Not even "how's the pressure?" It was a very impersonal experience. Again, the skills were fine, but the attentiveness was lacking. Felt like he was trying hard to get through the hour.

There could have been more aromatherapy oil. Could have adds for Members, like Sinus Relief, Thai Stretch or Fire & Ice... just to name a few. Need more in Louisville, KY area.

I had a great experience at the spa! Fantastic team, very clean, and timely. The only issue that came up later, was that I noted multiple areas on my face with white residual mask contents, particularly near my hairline. I have had a handful of facials in the past elsewhere, but never noted residual contents on my face after the facial. That's the only piece of feedback I have, otherwise thanks for a great experience!

The girl that did my eyebrows was great, but since the scissors were taken away it defeats the purpose, eyebrows also need trimming since they grow

I was satisfied but I did feel like the therapist could have applied a little more pressure.
