The cost is high. Yet "service durations shown include time for cleaning, dressing, and consultation." This reduces the benefit of the high cost service. Plus this information should be emphasized during the appointment time. Why do you require the date of birth: a very sensitive personal identification info? ID theft educational seminars underscore that in Data breaches thieves use the DOB to defraud people; and emphasize the need not to provide DOB unless necessary. How about age categories, or just age versus the very personal specific DOB. Older folks are reluctant to provide such info and may forgo services that require it.

The massage therapist was friendly and I think skillful, but it is hard to relax when being asked questions throughout (not related directly to the massage), and having all my knots verbally pointed out to me. My knots were only slightly improved afterwards, but I didn't expect miracles due to how large and chronic my knots are.

I do like the convenience of the location, however it’s hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule, the esthetician I had left, not really happy with facial results.

I am okay with the store. Therapist is good person, and she is doing okay. However, the oil feels little bit stale when I take a shower. Also, her massage technique seems little showy, but not really effective for relaxing. However, some technique is useful for relieving tightness on specific points. Her recommended stretching seems to be useful.

I told the massage therapist I was feeling intense neck pain and to use as hard of pressure to help it but she only spent like 5 minutes on my neck and was very light on pressure. My neck still hurts and I still cannot sleep well

The number of texts and phone calls regarding my visit was way over the top! In addition , the number of texts and emails following my visit has been excessive and annoying. It was off putting to me.

The person who checked me out was trying to sell me a monthly subscription. After I told her I was not interested, she continued to pressure me to make the purchase by adding 'perks'. She should have stopped after I told her I wasn't interested.

The therapist talked too much. It was cold in the room
