By wearing the mask I did not feel my facial was complete. No extractions no steam to open and cleanse pores. And the treatment I had which was a special one really did nothing for my skin. And it was not relaxing.

I was highly satisfied. Great value. Friendly atmosphere.

I usually go to Tomoko, in which she was not available. I booked with Michelle, she was very sweet but I just prefer Tomoko as her massages relax me more.

there's always room for improvement. it was a good experience, but not a wow experience.

The massage was really well done. The therapist talked to me throughout the massage and I would of preferred quiet to just relax

Felt rushed to get in and inability to come in early to relax/have transition room. I know some of this is secondary to Covid. The room could have some flame less candles or diffuser with “spa smell”. An eye mask with aromatherapy would be a nice touch when on your back.

I was satisfied with my facial and Emily was very good. I thought the price of products were somewhat pricey. The facial only lasted about 40 mins from start to finish.

No steam or extractions

I feel like it didn’t fully address my skin needs. I didn’t like how she outlined what she was going to do to address my specific needs only to find out everything had a costly upgrade to it. My skin looks virtually the same after my facial with a slight improvement in the glow. At this point, I wonder what the value in a classic facial is. I would rather be able to select from facials to get prior to my service.

I liked it pleasant experience but not nicer than some other places.
