The massage room is too bright.

When it came time to check out, there was some confusion by the receptionist. It took too much time for two of them to figure out what was going on.

I am experiencing a great deal of stress and illness within my family. It was difficult for me to relax and take full advantage of my massage. India tried very hard to help me. As for my facial, I would have liked to know what was being applied to my face just for my personal knowledge and curiosity

There was confusion re how many credits/services I had left on my account. I played phone tag w/mangers for a week. Prior to getting Melissa M take care of it, after which I was very happy! Massage therapist was great, lived my prenatal massage although her nose was not covered by her mask and I had to leave my on to protect her. Esthetician was also great, her service was also! Although I notice a trend in my last few facials not just at hand and stone. That they do not perform a facial massage in the treatment. I’m a licensed esthetician and maybe that’s old school now from when I attend beauty school. A facial massage is one of the best parts of the facial!

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and I didn't get back into the room til 1:17. Massage went until 1:55 Misunderstanding of which client scheduled what... They thought I was getting a massage and I was like... I didn't schedule that.

I was there a week before my actual appointment getting my mother a birthday gift. I ended up becoming a member because of the deal. A week later I took my girlfriend and she ended up becoming a member but got a much different deal. Personally, I would much rather have the deal she got, but was not able to switch packages just one week after. I was also told a week ago that BOGO wasn’t in affect, only but one get one half off. Even though there are like 20 signs outside stating otherwise. They said the signs needed to be taken inside/down because that isn’t available. So false advertising!? Don’t get me wrong, the receptionists when I was there a week ago for my moms gifts were extremely helpful and great! So was the one we had for when we actually got our massages. Just a bit confused on all these “deals” you have to offer.

I love the new manager. Therapist is jusr not a "deep tissue" person. Lovely touch, just wanted more and she tried.

I when I called to book an appointment I asked about the free upgrade and was told it expired I asked when another special would start so I could come them and was told I don’t know. 2 days after I received an email about a new special I was disappointed. The massage therapist was very professional and did a good job but I felt like she spent to much time on my problem area my shoulders and I was very sore for 3 days

There are a few things missing that would make the experience better. I didn't mind the lotion vs oil, which is what I am use to. I did however miss the aromas of the oils. It didn't smell like a spa. Putting something over the eyes when facing up is a nice touch especially since the light in the room was adjacent to my face on the wall and not dim enough in my opinion. Also offering a mini bottle of water upon leaving would be nicer than the water machine. Overall the experience was nice and I did do a membership because it's the best place I have found close to home since Tamara's Spa closed.
