Hand and Stone

There are a few things missing that would make the experience better. I didn't mind the lotion vs oil, which is what I am use to. I did however miss the aromas of the oils. It didn't smell like a spa. Putting something over the eyes when facing up is a nice touch especially since the light in the room was adjacent to my face on the wall and not dim enough in my opinion. Also offering a mini bottle of water upon leaving would be nicer than the water machine. Overall the experience was nice and I did do a membership because it's the best place I have found close to home since Tamara's Spa closed.

Appointment was set at wrong time. Specifically asked when making appt if my account from other location would transfer. Upon check out. Receptionist could not see that I had three packages on account. She gave me a “coupon” but nonetheless it still bothered me. Hopefully we they will straighten in out.

Thighs/upper legs weren’t touched, leaving an incomplete feeling.

I was mostly satisfied with my service; the therapist did not disappoint. There was a hiccup with the online form. After completing the intake form I tried submitting several times but received an error. Completely frustrated, I called the location and was advised to come and complete a paper form. Thankfully, I was able to arrive early enough to complete the form and prepare for my service. All in all, I am happy with my experience at Hand and Stone.

The esthetician’ was nice cleanroom and knowledgeable in her profession recommendations. Receptionist was sweet if ppl need to call when they arrive from their car. You should put the phone on window so you don’t have to find the number on your iwe

I always feel welcome. The personal touch and knowledge of me is awsome.

The massage was fine. I wasn’t relaxed enough for the experience.

The massage and therapist were great. The receptionist told us to call when we arrived, which we did and she said she’d call back when our rooms were ready but it took several minutes past our 1:00 appt time and we weren’t called and the therapists were waiting to show us in but we were outside. We finally saw them and they waved us in and the receptionist said she was just about to call us. Also, there were several people in the lobby and one customer waiting in the waiting room without wearing a mask.

I think it would be nicer if you offered some tea, something instead of just water. The desk was very busy and it took quite awhile for me to check out. A longer mask would be more relaxing. My facialist was great, I'll get another facial with her soon.

Lovely facility. Friendly staff. The massage started late and went very quickly. I'm not sure she got to all the areas usually covered in full body massage.
