My skin looks and feels smooth from my monthly visits! I have received many complements! Yvette discusses her plan to treat my skin before and after my visits. She also lays out a plan for future treatments.

Susanne is amazing and I followed her to Hand and Stone. I had a family emergency on Saturday morning and called to request my time be moved to Wednesday. Told me that I'd have to pay and that I would have to pay for Wednesday. I am extremely unhappy that this location cannot accommodate a client that had a family emergency and would still get the same amount of money from me, just a couple days later. Highly dissatisfied by this type of treatment of clients. I will only come back if Susanne remains and have a negative feeling toward Hand and Stone and would never use any other service. One time I scheduled an appointment and when I called to confirm the time, they did not have me on the schedule. Should have charged Hand and Stone for wasting my time. DO NOT LIKE HAND AND STONE AT ALL 2 NEGATIVES IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUSANNE.

Extremely friendly, clean, professional but a sense of fun.

Yvette is great. My skin looked fresh and plump afterwards.Unfortunately it does not last. I need more services which H&S does not provide so I may not continue.

Reception area is welcoming and staff is friendly, efficient and professional. My aesthetician, Yvette, is wonderful! She always takes the time to evaluate the condition of my skin and does an excellent job. I love the way my skin looks and feels after my treatment.

It’s a relaxing experience from start to finish! My aesthetician Amanda is very friendly and very accommodating with facial needs. The staff is friendly, which is very important to me and if I do have a question, they never make you feel like you’re a bother.
