Unprofessional conversation by one of the receptionist at front when waiting for appointment. Staff had to be reminded there was someone in reception area by other receptionist.

Katherine does my facial. She is a wealth of information. Explains everything she is doing, step by step and gives recommendations on what to do to maintain your skin healthy and looking nice. Laura provides a great massage and focuses on whatever issue I might have.

Alicia is competent, kind, and professional. She always inquires on areas to focus on and she is mindful of my comfort. She does an amazing job and I always leave relaxed and anxious to return.

It was a great second experience. I even signed up for the membership after the massage. The only thing that I would comment on is that the length of the massage needs to begin when they start and not when the appointment begins. I have. 60 min massage but didn’t get I to the room till 2:05 and by the time she started it was 2:15. And she stopped at 2:58, so it wasn’t a true 60 minute massage, and I added a foot treatment and that was added into the 60 minutes not any additional time which I didn’t know , so that would have been nice to be informed about that.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Rooms were very comfortable, air tempura and cleanness. First time there at Vero Beach location.

My back was very tight and afterwards I felt great. She new exactly where the problem was a went to work loosening it up

Catherine is the best for facial. She explains everything before she uses it. Makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I am disappointed with the lack of availability we as customers have to access our membership account. I thought I had 2 uses left on my membership before I froze my account to go on vacation for 6weeks and when I came back I was told I only have 1. Ask if I could access my account to see the uses and charges and was told that wasn't possible. All my other reward accounts, I can access whenever I want. Why not Hand and Stone??
