All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. My esthetician was very knowledgeable and explained things to me very well so that I not only know my problem areas but that I also understand why they are the way that they are and how to fix them.

I really like Katherine's knowledge and advice when working with me. She is very personable and explains everything she is/would like to do.
