It was welcoming from the moment I called, to the check in, to sitting down with me to finish forms, to waiting in the calming area, to every last detail from the moment I walked out. However, the one thing I was not prepared for were the additional add ons and was asked several times if I wanted different add ons although they were not in my budget. As well as the tip recommendations which were more than I had budgeted for as well. Other than expenses and add on's it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning again soon!
