I just wanna clarify the receptionist with the long dark hair has exceptional customer service the other receptionist with the shorter red hair. I believe she was sitting on the east side of the counter. She just seemed very rude and cold and I don’t know. I just have an issue with customer service sometimes so I think she just needs to adjust her approach cold and rude. Kindness will take her really far. She might even be able to sell some memberships.

The front desk staff are always courteous. Del Ray is very professional and effective. My only observation is that I have to ask to redeem my points , I wish my points would be redeemed automatically. My daughter did not get here easily she had to request it yo be honoured several times.

Erika is excellent. She's friendly & let's me know what's going on with my face.

I like Erica and feel she likes what she does and knows her product well.

Therapist is well versed about his job. Respectful and in good manner.

Hailey is always so attentive and does an excellent job with the facials.

Erika is knowledgeable. Products are excellent. Options are availability for add ons.

Stephany at the front counter is excellent. This was my first time with Carly and I was quite pleased with her expertise. My only comment is that the reception area chairs are so low to the ground that it is hard to get up out of them. thank you for listening! I love the ease of driving to the Silverado Ranch location and the professionalism of the entire staff.

I've been really happy with the membership at Hand & Stone. I have a very active job and a monthly massage is exactly what I need. The H & S I go to is less than 5 minutes form my house, very convenient. The staff is great and the place is always clean. Because of the odd hours of my job I can't always get my preferred masseuse, but I have not had a bad experience with any of the therapists. Definitely keeping my membership. Keep up the great work.
