I really like Taylor. I have to always wait a long time before my appointment. I don’t mind waiting because he is very good, and he says he will give me my time back but I don’t think I actually get my time back.

The staff was great! I felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. The therapist did an amazing job working out knots in my neck and shoulders.

I've paid for hot stone massages a couple times and it seems that H&S therapists aren't skilled in their use. I've had other hot stone tretments.massages whiole I've traveled and the ones provided by H&S pale in comparison. I provided feedback previously on a poor massage and never heard from anyone. Very disappointing.

I was not ready to become a member. I was going to make another appointment, however the receptionist kept asking if I wanted to be a member. I left without a follow-up appointment.

Been a client for a year or so and have had three different therapists. To re do your areas of the body that you want them to work on and just getting to know the therapist takes some time. No one ever explained points to me and I has 900 plus points that I ha no idea I had until I said I was resigning my membership.

Kevin was friendly and asked the usual questions at the beginning the massage. I mentioned that I prefer to focus the massage on working out knots, rather than relaxation, and he did focus on the general problem areas. While he focused on the general areas, it didn’t feel like he was targeting the knots or tension in those areas very effectively. It was a very relaxing massage and I enjoyed it overall, but wish some of my knots were focused on more specifically.

I believe the 50’minute massage is too short. By the time it starts and ends I feel like it’s more closer to 40’mins.
