I have been a established customer for three years and the people and the receptionist are friendly, and courteous Thank you

I think there’s always room for improvement no matter what. It was my first time there and I did not know what to expect. I really liked the front desk person and the therapist that I was scheduled with.

I was not feeling well and called when they opened to cancel my appointment for that day and I was told that I would be charged 50% because I didn't give it 24-hour notice. So I came in because I don't feel that I should be penalized for not feeling well.

I did not have any issues on this visit. However, my last visit a week ago Sunday I was unable to get my massage either because you double booked appointments or because my massage therapist was late. Was asked to wait 30 to 45 minutes due to scheduling was unable to wait.

The receptionist refused to reschedule my appointment without charging me 50 percent. Very disappointed

The miscommunication between the massage therapist and me was the only thing that bothered me.

Was charged 79 instead of 69 for the 09.07.2023 special. Not a big deal, but it could have easily slipped if I didn't ask about it after I paid.

Although the massage therapist was very professional, because of the continuous check in of being ok, it made me not be able to fully relax with having to answer yes or no
