I loved my massage therapist, Sasha. I think she was the best therapist I've had since I started my membership. The only thing that REALLY bothered me was that I got conjunctivitis from my most recent visit. I would like to make sure that is prevented for my next visit.

My regular therapist is on leave. This was the first time with a new therapist. The new therapist was okay.

Need Cleaner restrooms

I would prefer the music not be so loud in the massage room. I would prefer a 60 minute massage actually be for a full 60 minutes.

I was satisfied. Previously the add on scalp massage was in addition to the hour massage, not part of the hour.

The esthetician added an Add On without asking me or telling me she did.

I would have preferred more focus on my problem areas. My calves were extremely sore barley touched. I line along sides of legs missed. Too much focus on shoulderblades

My massage therapist, Jen, is fantastic. After some trial and error at this location, I feel extremely fortunate to have landed on her. The women at the front desk on Friday mornings are also the best and make me feel like a valued customer. The front door being locked is very off-putting. I live in Silverado Ranch; it is not the ghetto. As I left on Friday, I asked if I could help myself to a piece of halloween-type candy in a bucket on the desk. Instead of being cordial, the manager popped out and begrudgingly said, "Well, I guess so. It's my fault for putting it out a day early." Weird and minor, but rubbed me the wrong way. Then I walked into the locked door. Zen destroyed.

Hailey is amazing - I only see her for my facials. Not only does she do an excellent job with the facial itself, but she also focuses on other areas of your upper body (ex. massage of neck/shoulders/arms during mask time) while many other facials I have gotten in the past, the provider either does their dishes in the sink next to your head, or leaves the room and comes back when the time is up on the mask. Highly appreciated to have the full upper body experience to complement the facial. I actually was going to cancel my membership during this visit because I felt I wasn't utilizing it enough, but I am going to keep it just to have my facials with Hailey!

I had a facial and she offered aging and a moisturizer. However, she neglected to tell me that would be $50 increase. I explained this when I checked out and she ignored what I said. So I paid and won't go back again. Your company is just like Message Envy.
