Overall service was excellent!

I was accidentally taken to a room by the wrong therapist. He asked me tons of questions and said hand, feet, and scalp would be done. When I got to the real therapist, she asked the few questions and then let me get on the table. I was very bummed that she didn't do hands, feet, scalp and lower back.

We were going to cancel our membership but then I found the right therapist. Angel has kept me as a client. As long as I can keep booking with Angel I will continue my membership.

Cannot book online or thru the app. Super inconvenient. The online and mobile app booking systems do not work. Phone call is required.

Therapist couldn’t make adjustments to what i wanted. She had a routine & stuck with it despite my feedback. Total massage was less than 45 min from the time she came back into the room to when we finished which was 3:54. she was nice & professional but still not what i expected.

Massage stated at 8 after the hour (1:08) and ended at 1:53. LMT washed hands in the room when finished, did he wash them prior since he didn't wash in the room? Also while his massage was excellent... Finishing with scalp after using oil all over my body, left my hair very oily. (ps I asked for scalp).

Not truly a one hour massage as other places I have gone to not a membership place because of your clause of allow for discussion/dressing which I did not notice until after so in essence really pay for a 59 minute massage not one hour
