My service is always amazing. I have alot of back and hip pain and my monthly massage has helped tremendously! I will highly recommend this place to everyone!!

I think explaining the membership better and the membership fees. Overall the services are great and receptionist are nice.

There was nothing wrong with the visit. I enjoyed my facial with Kelsey much more than the massage that I received on 10/27/2022. The massage therapist did not do anything wrong, but it did not relieve my back pain that I was experiencing. Kelsey took a lot of time with my back facial and made me feel very special. She also tried to help ease the back pain which is something she went above and beyond for as I was only getting a facial with her.

I was satisfied with my experience. I reserve highly satisfied for unique experiences. All of my expectations were met of how I think things should go or how I should be treated which is why it is a satisfied experience.

The massage therapist was kind, respectful, & I felt very safe. However, it was not a full 60 minutes which was slightly disappointing.

I don't like if I do an add on like foot or hand, it cuts into my massage time. If I am paying extra for that service it shouldn't be considered massage time. I also find it strange that you don't have a quiet room. Nor do you provide a hand facial and massage as part of a facial? That is extra...very weird. I have never had to pay extra for hand facial when doing a face facial. Feet yes, not hands. It is also weird that you charge for the couples rooms? Although I enjoy massages, high turn over in staff is disappointing. Don't say covid, because it's always been like that at the center I go to. Once I find a good person I want to stick with that, retraining a new person is annoying.

Overall I was highly satisfied, just a few of the questions didn't warrant a HIGHLY SATISFIED response.

Would like a place to put personal items. Glasses and jewelry had to put them in pockets smearing the lenses after message!

I have chronic pain and ca not see results in one visit I wanted a massage therapist to work on me based on the areas i mentioned and my therapist was very good but in comparison to other massages I have had that had better knowledge on certain injuries different techniques were used

I was highly satisfied, I just do not live in the area so will not likely return to this particular location but would visit another location in my home state
