I have been a customer since you opened and I should have been kept at those rates. You should have applied the increased rates to all new members, not the first time clients that help start your business.

The booking process is simple but I’ve had my appointment cancelled numerous times the day of my appointment. The knowledge of the front desk staff varies and I oftentimes have to correct the staff member. I enjoy the services but there’s numerous locations in this area to attend that I don’t have to go through these troubles with.

There is too much emphasis on using caustic products rather good old fashioned hands on skin technique. The facial message is a better way to decongest the skin than burning the dead skin off.

I felt like since the numbers are rising again with the Covid that the employees should have been wearing masks or ask their clients if we wanted them to wear them. At least give us the options to say yes or no. Thank you

My appointment was good but my girlfriend came out of her appointment with bruising down her neck due to the dermalinfusion machine being set on too high a suction setting and too rough an exfoliating tip.

I wish I had asked if I could buy more time to the massage, 50 minutes is not long enough for me to fully enjoy a massage. I also enjoy my massage room dark and cool, even in winter. The masseuse did turn the heat off prior to my getting on the bed but I'm at a stage of life where my body heats up just because it can. The pressure of the massage was fine but I've come to realize I don't enjoy deep tissue massages anymore, so I will have to ask for a massage that's somewhere in-between next time. The masseuse was polite and professional and once the pressure was adjusted it was a good massage, I just needed more time to get relaxed and enjoy.

Just the mask. I didn't ask because even before pandemic when i got facial, estheticians already use mask during service. I thought it was automatic. I hope it will be ok if i ask them to wear it next time. But don't get me wrong, the service was great. It was really just the mask. Thank you.

Employees were friendly and the therapist was pleasant. The pressure was good. I'm not sure I got the full 50 minutes. Also, the add-on services shorted the actual massage. I wish I had the option to add on time with the add-on services.
