I arrived at 12.52 - all forms were already filled in and My appointment was at 1pm - my therapist came and got me from reception at 1.05. Massage commenced at 1.13. Massage stopped at 1.52. I queried this because it was supposed to be an hour. I literally got 35 mins. Therapist was excellent and did good job but definitely didn’t get 60 mins. Very disappointed as I felt I didn’t get my time. I pay particular attention to the time. Disappointed at how short this was

I'm not sure if this is a Hand and Stone policy, but if i pay for a 60 minute massage, I didn't get the full 60 minutes. Instead, it was just 40 minutes. The first 10 minutes was spent in "preparing", asking questions (which I understand) and in allowing me to get in the massage bed. The massage stopped at 50 minutes after the hour, leaving 10 minutes to allow for me to get off the massage bed, put my shirt on and leave the room. I don't think I need 10 minutes for something that takes me 1-2 minutes.

I don't like that they take a whole extra "service" when I ask for a 90 minute massage, but won't do a 120 minute massage. I find this kind of cheesy that you take a "whole" service for an upgrade on a facial also. I messed that up once and an upgrade to a facial cost me two 'whole" services, not one with some $$.

Felt my appointment was shorter than usual about 40 minutes.

There's no real reason why I was not "highly satisfied". I believe that the staff is very nice and attentive but I believe the reason why I did not click on highly satisfied was because there was no WOW factor. However with that being said, I always enjoy my massage therapist for her attentiveness to help me and and everyone at the salon though.

Wait time fine, masseuse friendly, but room seemed cold , very plain, and un inviting, felt like a patient room in a medical office

I just recently my membership was raised from $59.95 to $69.95. When I asked the front desk the only answer was we raise everyone’s rates! I was never notified before the rate was raised, I should’ve received an email
