Hand and Stone

I was looking for different techniques, it felt as it was the same type of stroke. The massage itself wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t say it was the best massage I’ve had with Hand & Stone.

Was under the impression the Hot Stone massage was 1 hour according to your website and I was only given slightly under 50 minutes massage. The massage was great, therapist was friendly and did a great job. I was satisfied w/ everything just did not receive what the website indicated.

Overall a wonderful experience, just not a 5 star.

She was lovely but did wash her hands before touching my face. She also used her phone for a brief moment during the facial and immediately afterward touched my face without washing her hands.

I wish I'd known that an additional 1/2 hour was only $40 for the first visit. My appointment felt rushed. When I asked the therapist if I had any tight spots, she told me that she didn't really have enough time to dig in deep anywhere.

I liked the ease of booking an appointment on the website. Then when I arrived at the store, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The service provided was great, and I enjoyed my appointments.

I loved the experience so much. Only thing to state was the therapist wasn’t wearing an appropriate mask (it was mesh).

Most of my experience was good but my massage therapist came out with a saggy mask that she was constantly pulling on. It wasn’t over her nose at all and was honestly pointless. The massage was nice but someone having a blatant disregard of my safety made me feel tense the whole time. I’m not one for confrontation so I didn’t mention it and just tried to enjoy the massage the best I could. If I come back I’ll request someone who takes proper Covid precautions. The rest of the office was wearing their masks properly and the front desk woman who helped me was very friendly and informative.

The facial was enjoyable, however I have had previous facials where I have felt my skin is more supple and glowing when I leave. I felt like she just put moisturizer on my skin and sent me on my way. My skin didn’t look like I had just had a facial.

Both the esthetician and massage therapist I saw last visit are no longer working at this location. I preferred my previous esthetician and massage therapist, but will still return for more services.
