When we first made our appointment the receptionist wanted me to give her my email over the phone so she could send me a form to fill out, but the form wasn't sent to me until a text was sent to me the day before and they asked for my email again after they already had it on file. I filled out the form online, but was still asked some of the questions when I got there. It would be nice if there was a room to relax in prior to the massage like most places I have gone to. I waited past my appointment time to get in and then my appointment was finished almost 15 minutes prior to the hour after my appointment time. The massage was just ok. There wasn't anything special about it and I didn't like that my feet were completely ignored as well as my hands. I paid the introduction price which was nice, but I definately feel like the nomal price after that is not worth it. It seems very pricy to me for just an ok massage.

Therapist cut my time short, answered me back. I arrived on time but decided to go to the rest room after completing salon's questionnaire, Therapist was not ready at that time (not a problem). When I returned from the RR she was waiting all of about 2/3 mins past my appointment time. She pointed out I was late after I commented after my appointment which was cut short. Also my shoes and socks were moved, orginally I placed near under the massage table making it possible for myself not having to touch the floor with bare feet. She moved my shoes without mentioning to the wall. She didn't take off the oil used on me which all Therapist do unless I ask otherwise.

It was extremely odd that there was NO music during my massage. This was the first massage that music was not present. Please incorporate relaxing music next time. Thank you!

I booked 2 back to back last minute deals and confirmed both appointment by text message. When I checked-in for my reservations, I was told that they couldn’t honor the last minute deal. The website allowed me to book b2b last minute deals Nevertheless, I was open to paying one of the massages in full price, but the front desk host ended up charging both my appointments in full price. There should be better communication on the website when booking last minute deals.

Seems to me like there is a turnover of therapists. I did like one, now she’s gone. It’s like I have to keep finding one I like.

1. The other time I came she knew how to manage my Sciatica problem. Yesterday, the massage was ok but not alleviated my sciatic pain

I love the spa. It's just some therapist aren't that good. It seems as though everytime I get one that's really good he or she leaves.

My massage therapist, Michael at the Silverado Ranch location mentioned that he “had a stomach bug” after his stomach began growling, and said it that was a poor word choice, and it was because he is actually lactose intolerant and ate a lot of pizza. Michael then asked me if I’ve ever had a stomach bug, to which I replied “Oh yeah, they’re the worst…” the rest of the experience was awkward, and I feel as though Michael should have better professionalism in how he goes about communicating with his clients.

I was kind of annoyed that my appointment was at 9am because that is the time the place opens. So I arrived a little earlier so I can fill out forms and use restroom BEFORE massage. But because it didn’t open till 9 i was not allowed in. So filling forms and using restroom cut into my massage time. Not cool.

The massage is truly not a hour and for the price of 300+ for a one hour couple massage I would expect at least 60 minutes. I also don’t agree with paying more for a couples room. Do you charge for the rooms individually as well? What’s the reason for additional cost? I’d think it’s a 2 for 1 deal already making the company money but you want to charge the customer more?
