Nothing to complain about, everything was fine. I did like how everyone was far nicer than other at places i'd been to.

I just didn't feel like it was comfortable. I think the music was annoying that could have had something to do with my relaxation in the office.

I had a wonderful experience got a gift card from a family member. The value $60 for a 50 minute massage well worth it. But my boyfriend had a bad experience had a massage therapist that only uses CBD oil and only got his back worked on an hr. His massage was $100 for 50 minutes and I felt that was a rip off . Which he did add hot stones to the massage. But what I did not like is forcing a client to use hemp products and he felt he had no choice .

I was over charged last visit and they issued a credit for this time... they overcharged me again.. I now I have to call and get a credit again!!!!

I need over the top service to rate highly satisfied.

Therapist seemed knowledgeable about one problem area but not all problem areas.

It seems there is high turn over. Every time we book we have to chose a different therapist.

Excellent massage,felt hurried by scheduling software.

I arrived on time, and was taken a bit late so massage was maybe 40/45 minutes max since he finished at 350pm on the nose. The "stretching" he offered (of which I stated I preferred less stretching and more massage) had the sheet moving away from private areas that had me less than comfortable. I am NOT saying he was looking however after a litetime of fully naked massages, I have never had my privates what felt like exposed. Completely negated hands, ankles and feet however made sure to not externally rotate my right hip as requested.
