I did not get the service for the full hour.

It is hard to know the quality of service when my massage therapists keep leaving.

The tone of your receptionist should be calmer, and more accommodating. If she’s busy on the phone, she can politely say hold please, there is an urgent situation in front of me or at the door. Not make the customer wait outside until she hangs up the phone. And not even try to give a signal, to politely smile that she’s coming to the door, she just kept ignoring until she hangs up the phone. It won’t be a pretty situation in the heat outside this coming summer. A smiling face would be great! The trainee had a nicer smile than her.

My experience with Hand and Stone was great. My massage reached my expectations and more. There was nothing wrong with my experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Was supposed to have 1 hr massage and 15 minutes foot tx but realized was only given an hr total

My experience was great, however next time I will see if pressure can be firmer.

It was hard to book an appointment for more then one person at a time. We wanted 3 Massages at one time. But I was struggling to find a day and time all of us could come

It was a nice place. My esthetician was kind and did a good job. I upgraded to microdermabrasion and some blue ray thing. I did not realize this was above the cost of the facial for $60. I have had this done once before at another spa. The total price was $80 and the facial was way better.

Instructions on how to book a non member online was not clear. I booked a last minute deal for my mother while logged in under my profile so we needed up having to keep that for myself and transfer on of my credits to book my mom. Would have loved to have clearer instructions online or be able to edit the name for the appointment so I didn’t have to transfer a credit and pay an additional $10.
