I booked my services thru the phone asking for hot stone for my fiance. And at the end he walked out telling me there was no hot stone:/ I guess i was supposed to repeat myself to the front desk about what service i was there for including additionals. Misunderstanding.

The only thing I was not highly satisfied with was that I had requested/selected a muscle relaxing enhancer during my massage and it was not used. It wasnt until I was checking out and they were going to charge me for it that they communicated with the therapist as to whether I had received this add on. Other than this small miscommunication that was corrected quit easily and quickly I was very satisfied with my overall experience.

This was my 1st visit to Hand and Stone. I was very happy with my message. Im sure the more I go and the more experiences I have to compare the initial visit with, my satisfaction will only go up.

My appointment was at 2:00pm. The therapist took me in at 2:01 and she was done by 2:50. They should allow changing time therefore they should bring people in 5 min before session. I lost massage time at the beginning and at the end.

I was not able to get a later appointment and the receptionist did not ask if I was willing to take another therapist to fit my time. So I took the 11 am appointment, I was looking for an appointment after 1pm. I am not a morning person and the 11 am appointment was an inconvenience to me. However, I did enjoy the massage.

There was a long wait to get into my appointment. I am always there 10 minutes early and it’s very frustrating when y’all are running 15 minutes behind and still want me to get out of my appointment at the right time. Overall y’all are great, but I think this is the main thing I have a problem with.

I was satisfied. I didn't look at any of your products due to the COVID-19. I did not want to pick up products and touch them. Just to be safe.
