Wish the session of the massage time was really an hour because I have noticed that its actually less than an hour and makes me wonder why I am paying so much for not the real time.

Charged my credit card while they were close due to covid. Only able to use upgrade for the past charges.

Very informative and polite staff. Made it easy to get in and out after appointment

We were told to waiting the car and would receive a text when it was time. We didn’t receive a text and they called back 2 minutes after so we felt very rushed when we walked in.

Felt there was no real sense of urgency to being us back for our appointments even though it seemed empty. The receptionist charged my card on file when I specifically asked her not to and provided another form of payment.
