Jimmy's crew checked tire pressure on 4 tires of our rental when tire pressure alarm sounded. They were so helpful. In and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Meant to write this when it happened. November 2016, our alternator that had been repaired earlier failed about 9 miles of Page on the way to Monument Valley. It was a Saturday. We drove back to Page to try to find something open. Big O was. Jimmy at the counter was a godsend. It was a NAPA part but NAPA did not have one. NAPA would replace it, if one could be found. O'Riely had one. Jimmy got it, and it was installed in less than an hour. Great service, great work, done fast...and they were busy. We got on our way to Monument Valley, where we talked to some young women that worked at Gouldings, where we stayed. We told them about our car and then brought up that Jimmy at Big O was terrific, and they said, "yes, he is, he's a wonderful guy" Jimmy, they knew you. Thanks for making our get away not a disaster.

We stopped by with low tire pressure and Dougie found a nail in the tire of our rental car. He got the tire repaired and back on in twenty minutes! Thanks for keeping us safe on our drive to Phoenix in 110 degree heat!

Staff & manager just super in attention and prompt action on a failing tire in 100 degree heat with my 90 year old cousin in the vehicle (July 21, 2017). These folks are a credit to the Big O brand.

Service was done smoothly and quickly. Didn't have to twist anyone's arm and nobody was trying to take advantage of me. Wayne helped me out, he was excellent.

Anyone who knows me knows I don't have time to be without my car, so when I got a flat this past weekend in the Kaibab I was pretty stressed! I brought it in on a spare today after work and Jimmy and his guys gave me an honest assessment and patched me up right away with no nonsense or attempt to sell me something I don't need. I was back on the road in 20 minutes and it only cost me $15. It was a great experience.Thanks guys!

Noticed my outside tire (dual) on my Motorhome was flat while parked at the Wahweap camp ground. it was Tuesday July 30th 2019. Called Big O and they said they worked on Motorhome's and had the standard sizes of tires if one was needed. When I arrived i was met at the door and they had me pull in the back. Long story short tire was fine. I must have hit something that spun the valve stem. They had the tire off and repaired in less then a half hour. They checked all the other valve stems and tire pressure on all my tires. Call out to Jimmy and his crew for exceptional service.
