Scheduling an appointment was easy. The web site asked a series of questions that helped me determine what tires I wanted. The scheduling process included an estimate for services that was spot one. The staff were all friendly, professional and very clean. The entire tire office was very clean and comfortable. Big O made the whole process painless.

Very pleased with my service, alignment was done correctly and all services rendered were exquisite.

I purchased my last two tires form the Scottsdale location and both times my hubcaps were not secure and I have lost my it both having to purchase new ones. Just asking your team to be mindful of making sure they are on correctly.

As a woman, I always feel nervous going to a mechanic shop because I worry they are going to take advantage of me (lack of car knowledge). I've been going to this store for a year and I never feel like I'm being bamboozled and they only recommend upsells when it's necessary.

Another oil change. There's a lot of places to have an oil change, however I like to come here. I do not worry if it's done right. I do not have to figure out if what they're telling me about my car is true, or just a money grab. As always, good service at a good price.

This location made time for me for an oil change despite them being fully booked and being a first time customer. They explained there may be a longer than usual wait and asked if I had the time. The lobby was full of regulars as well as walk- ins. They were very accommodating to everyone.

Nice people car was done quickly and done right

I went for an oil change and asked that my SUV be assessed for transmission flush or fuel system cleaning. I left and went to work. I received a call if you hours later than the oil change had been completed. Recommended work was at the bottom of my receipt and was reviewed with me when I picked up my car.

The sales associate who helped me was brand new but did a tremendous job keeping me informed and communicating everything that was being done to my car. I had a battery fail, which was purchased 1.5 years ago. The battery was under warranty and they swapped it out for me that day and only charged for installation. It was a very pleasant experience!
