I have used the services here multiple times and I always come back for the same reasons; 1. Excellent customer service 2. Any repair or maintenance I go in for is always done efficiently and in a timely manner 3. I have never had to wait longer than an hour and a half for my maintenance request filled. If I am told an "about an hour and a half"� it is usually done in an hour. I will continue coming back!

I've been a customer at your store for many years. The day I came in, we made an agreement on tires that we're in stock. After waiting for almost 2 hours, and thinking my turn was next, sales man came and told me that the tires were NOT in stock. A hickup. At that point I decided to go and order the original tires I wanted in the first place. Came back 2 hours later and had them installed. I originally asked if your guys if you do veterans discount, they forgotten to add or subtract the discount to the bill. He did say that he could give me a free oil change. All in all, as I mentioned, 90% of the time you guys are right on. But I was a little disappointed on waiting for 2 hours then finding out the tires weren't there. Considering the new front tires were mounted on the wrong side of the car(which had to be corrected), and the fact that the technicians DID NOT cover my driver's seat to prevent oil in my interior(or on my steering wheel) didn't make me too happy. But, the restroom was incredibly clean, the waiting area and store were incredibly clean, and the staff(Jeremy) was a pleasure to deal with. That said, I have also ordered two new rear tires to match the brand I recently chose for the front. Thank you.
