Big O Tires

For a walk in Service request everything was A-OK

I received a call from Big O letting me know my tires had arrived. I asked them how long it would take to install, and I was told approx 30 mins. I asked when they closed and they said 6PM, but if I wanted them installed that day to be there before 5PM. I said I'd leave work early and be there before 5PM. I arrived at 4:45 PM and was then told they could not get to me today and to come back tomorrow. I was pretty mad about that. I didn't care if they did it that day or the next, but I did care that I left work early and was then told something else. I explained this concern to Justin and Greg, who then went in the back and deliberated and came back to tell me they could in fact get it done. I left them my car and came back at closing to pick it up. The work was fine, it was just 2 tires and they had it done in 1 hour. They need to work on their people skills at the Scottsdale location, this was my 2nd visit with them in 2 years and both times they acted put off. Not sure if they have so much business that they don't think they need to treat people in a friendly manner, but I don't appreciate it. I won't be back there.

My issue was not fixed on installation of font bearing. Charge me for ac service knowing my compressor wasnt working.

The first person to greet me as I was walking in the door didn't ask what I wanted, he assumed I wanted the same tires as I had. He passed me to someone else who was abrupt. He also didn't ask what I wanted and gave me one offer to replace my tires. I had to question his assumption then he gave me options but was not very happy I was asking him to work on giving me options. Not the same experience that drove me to big o rather than just going to Walmart two blocks from my house.

Was very PLEASED with the work I had done on 4-26-2018. Oil & Filter Change, 2 new Air Filters, New Wiper Blades, 4 new Doral Tires and Balance & Alignment. Happy with the service & Price. THANK YOU JUSTIN, Jerry Laney

I like dealing with this store. I feel the people there know what they're doing. Justin and the other counter people are friendly and helpful.

I have been a long time customer and have spent a lot of money at your store. Johnnie is awesome! The last two times I have been there I have had small issues. The first time was to have my oil changed. I thought I was having all the fluids check? I had to return to have the washer fluid refilled. Saturday I spent over 600.00dollars alerternater rand belts. I ask to have my wiper blades replaced. Which they did.I did not check them until Sunday. I went to clean my Windows and they flew of the van. The store was closed so I went to Autozone to have blades installed which they did perfect. I had to return the blades to your store for a refund. Very sloppy work.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would come back next time instead of my regular place. Didn't like that whoever parked my car after the service laid the seat way back and cranked up the air conditioner. Don't know how long someone was in it, but I felt that was an abuse of my car.

I always use Big O for my oil changes and tire needs. I went in to have a oil change and alignment. I was quoted a wait time of an hour and a half. I went and had lunch nearby to wait. A couple hours went by without a call. I waited a little bit longer and walked back. I was told my car hadn't had the alignment looked at yet. I asked about the wait time being so far off and was told they had one guy doing all bays. No sorry, no apology, just a blank look. My oil change was just being finished so i payed for that and left. I understand about being busy but do not waste peoples time with a not even close wait time and then not apologize at all. Left very disappointed in the guy working the counter.

Great service. The best part is I trust the employees there. I've had enough work done from tires to tune ups that I don't worry about quality on whatever service I might need. This is a busy location, but well organized, they seem to always make room for one more customer, when possible. (Common sense, don't go in too late).

Long wait. Never called after oil change completed to pick up.

Not the friendliest service. Wasn't offered any of that stuff above. Was never told what all they did to my car. After an hour long oil change it sat parked for 20+ min before I asked if I could leave and check out. They denied my $5 coupon for ANY service. The employee asked the manager what to do and he pawned it off that "we put better oil in your car, so technically I already gave you $10 off anyway."�

Great customer service with my oil change. I had a couple of requests to check different things on my SUV while it was in there as well. In and out fast and they made sure my questions were answered before I left.
