The oil was changed, however, the oil % was not reset.When asked about the cost to have new brakes installed, I received an off the shoulder response.

From the moment I called the store to see if they could fit me in at the last minute to replace my tires before I left for vacation I received exemplary service. Will, and the team at Big O' fit me in right away and got me in and out with new tires in under and hour, at a price below what I had been quoted by Firestone, and for higher quality tires too! I will be returning to this location for all of my tire and auto needs, and plan on signing their praises from the rooftops to anyone who will listen because it is truly rare to find an honest, customer service oriented shop like this, and I am SO happy I did!

I was the third person to the store when it opened and needed an oil change and the alignment checked. I had the 5 year plan on the alignment and after waiting 95 minutes asked what the status was on my truck. It had yet to be taken back and "Collin" lied saying he only had two oil change techs and both ahead of me were getting oil changes. Even "if" both were getting oil changes, it shouldn't take an hour and a half to do two oil changes and still not bring my truck back. Glad my time is valuable to this store.

Wait time was about the same as going to the dealer, I did not make an appointment, but had a coupon and was impressed by their friendliness, knowledge, and cleanliness of the facility. They even returned unused oil, I brought in 6 quarts, the oil change took 5.5 quarts. I would go back again!

I felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I had several issues going on with both my car's and asked if they could write me up an estimate. That NEVER happened. I tried to ask questions but I just got the run around and blank faces. I will probably never go back and that's a shame since it's right up the street from my house.

Great customer service! All 5s in the ratings. If I couldn't rate them this well I wouldn't use them as much. The shop was busy and I came in late looking for an oil change, and got it! Couldn't blame them if they said they were too busy and it was too late, but this is the exact service that keeps me coming in for more than just tires. Thank you.

Another oil change, done well once again. Services were offered that I needed to know about and good general info on my cars condition. See them soon with the SUV...

I went here for a new set of tires, and they tried convincing me to pay for repairs that weren't needed. They waited until after putting on new tires to tell me that my tie rods were ceased-up, and they needed to be replaced for an alignment. They wanted to start cutting off the tie rods immediately. FYI, you can determine the condition of tie rods before ever taking off a tire. This approach bordered on scare tactics to convince me to replace all of my tie rods (over $500). I took my car to a reliable mechanic, who said my tie rods were not ceased-up. He cleaned my tie rods, put anti-lock on them, and gave me an alignment for significantly less than what Big O quoted. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than a good deal on tires

You guys are great..Although I had to wait and I know you guys are short handed, I understood and waited for my turn, but I didn't have a problem with that. You guys have always treated well. See you again sometime...

My wife went in with a concern about her tire. She had made an appointment ahead of time and took time from work. The person who "helped" her was rude and not at all helpful. She was dismissed. Service was terrible and we will never go there again.

Adams and his guys were great to deal with. I couldn't have ask for better service. You guys were awesome

i was charged an outrageous price for 3 lugs this morning that were damaged while the truck was in the shop, went in paying 19.00 for an oil change walked out over 100 with tax. never going back, never sending friends or family

I go to BigO for tires as they are the only supplier of Nitto Crostek's, a superior tire in all respects!!! I started going back for oil changes and overall checkouts since they do a professional job on the tires while performing routine service as well.

I called at 830 am, was told to bring truck in at 230pm I arrived at 220. At 5pm my truck had not even been touched yet. Was told by John that truck was next for the rack. But store closes at 6pm, so how were they going to mount and balence my new tires and still have time to do alignment also all before 6pm. This is when I decided to take my $700 to another tire company. Worst service ever during a tire purchase. I WILL NEVER STEP THROUGH a big o tire door again. Oh and the shop guys laughing when i took my keys back was very disrespectful, guess they just wanted to go home and not do their job, since all they were doing is talking and standing there.

I have been going there for years. John Rivera is the best, very honest. I trust that he won't try to sell me something that is not needed.
