Big O Tires

Have been in store twice in last two weeks.Front end alignment, tire rotation, balancing.This review is mainly on first visit with front end alignment.Was told would take approximately one hour.Left and came back around 45 minutes later.While waiting technicians were constantly trying to upsell services.After waiting approximately 2 hours vehicle was done.I was told needed new tire and if initial service had not taken so long would have had it done that day, but was afraid would be there for another hour or so.Found out that rotation and balancing not done.On second visit to get new tire was told rotation and balancing was not done due to needing new tire. Would have been nice to have been told that at first visit.When returning for new tire was told that lugnut was stripped by someone else, however they had removed tire two weeks earlier to show me brakes so someone from Big O evidently stripped lugnut.

I regularly go to this location for oil changes and they do a great job! I am often in and out within an hour or less. They are upfront about what they discover in their inspections and are always willing to provide me with a list of the concerns and estimated pricing for repairs. They also replaced my battery for only the charge of labor when it was going bad before the warranty was expired.

I went in to use the DBack ticket LOF/rotation. That part was fine. 2 things weren't fine: 1) For 2 days I'd been having to jumpstart my car so I asked them to check the battery. They they checked and the battery, alternator, and starter were all fine so it was something else. I went to the dealer the next day and their daig computer showed the battery was totally dead. If BOT had caught the dead battery it would've saved me paying $65 for the dealer to diag it. 2) The rep told me my serpentine belt was badly frayed and worn out and needed to be changed ASAP for $189 and should they take care of it. I said no thanks. The dealer told me the serpentine belt is fine - no fraying, plenty of depth, etc. So it occurs to me that your people hurried through the one item and made up the belt issue to try to wring some extra money out of me, and I don't appreciate it.

I wrote into corporate last week and haven't heard back. Not surprised. I brought my truck in for an alignment. The first try was done in about 30 minutes. Awesome! Drove off and my wheel was turning far to the left. My steering wheel was perfect before I got there. Turned right around and took it back. They put it back in and that lasted about an hour. No apology or sorry. Drove off. Wheel was still to the left but better. Drove it on three different streets to make sure it wasn't the slope of the street. It wasn't. Took it right back. They took it in and was told they drove it by the park and it was fine. It was obviously not. Then he blamed tire pull. I asked why they didnt check that one of the three previous times. No answer. I said can you do it now but i need to be somewhere in 45 minutes. "You'll have to wait because there are three people ahead of you." Are you kidding me? Still no apology. i left very upset and took it to Brakes Plus. They found that the steering wheel wasnt set and they alignment was slightly off. Its good now. After paying for two alignments in 3 hours I am not happy. I usually have good service but not that day. It was a complete waste of my time and my money. I would like my money back and will probably not hear back about this.

DUCKS DISPLACE, THEY DO NOT FLOAT.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service was friendly enough in store, but I went to get an oil change from Babbitt Motor Werks TWO DAYS LATER and had to get ANOTHER alignment since they explained that whoever did the alighment at Big O messed up badly. And no, I did not hit anything at all or go over any crazy bumps. After getting my car aligned here it started pulling like crazy to the left.

They are rude and expensive. They charged me too much without conform.

Big O is great at selling tires and wheels. As far as the mechanical stuff, not sure. I do know if they charge the market rate for vehicle repairs, that a ASE certified mechanic should know what he's talking about.

THEY MUST BE REALLY GOOD AS MY FREE OIL CHANGE WAS $60! JUST KIDDING....I CHANGED TO SYNTHETIC OIL! A MERRY CHRISTMAS PRESENT TO ME AND MY HONDA!!

Scheduled oil change. This is a great shop with good customer service. All questions answered.

Standard oil change. Quick in and out, great service. This is my 'go to' shop.

Very easy in and out for an oil change. No worries and no problems at this location ever.
