Big O Tires

The crew members at this location were exceptional.. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This visit included an oil change tire rotation and a brake check. I was also notified of a plastic bag which had melted to my muffler and was emitting a burnt smell. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency.

71 C10 came in with a rumble that seemed serious. Berry put the truck up and found a front wheel that had too much bearing play and took the time to balance the tires. Will gave me and estimate very reasonable. Daniel order bearing. Within an hour Daniel was replacing bearing, found a bearing that was falling apart, obviously the source of the rumble. He also took the time to look at the brakes and rotate the tires. Will & Adam keep the staff, they are great!

Terry was extremely helpful and awesome to work with. I called in that morning in regards to getting new tires. Not only did he have them in stock, they were a tremendous deal and he fit me in that afternoon. It took them less than 2 hours to swap everything. They were fast and friendly!

For $1,000 I am totally satisfied with the tires. Customer service was fantastic Adam and will very knowledgeable. Charge my AC gave me a good deal opposed to other mechanic shops that wanted over $200. I will be a customer at this location the rest of my life thank Adam and will.

Once again, the guys at this Big O took good care of my truck and I. They mounted and balanced a tire for me and replaced two valve stems while I got to take a nap in their comfy couch!
