Big O Tires

Because of the service and knowledge I receive at Scottsdale location at Big O Tires, Jeremy when he was there, Collin, Alex and Johnnie, I switched from Fletchers to Big O Tires, Scottsdale.

Terry and Daniel were up front with diagnoses and eventual outcome. They kept us informed daily on the status of my old Lexus. Very communicative via text. These people and their team are awesome!

The guy that has been there recently, educates me on what I need to keep my car going.

Very pleased with my service, alignment was done correctly and all services rendered were exquisite.

Just an other oil change. This store knows me, so the questions above don't really apply... I already have credit, they know they did the alignment, and I got parked and into the store before they had a chance to 'greet me at the car'. In and out quick, as it should be, I will be back again for the next oil change or major repair if needed.

As a woman, I always feel nervous going to a mechanic shop because I worry they are going to take advantage of me (lack of car knowledge). I've been going to this store for a year and I never feel like I'm being bamboozled and they only recommend upsells when it's necessary.

Another oil change. There's a lot of places to have an oil change, however I like to come here. I do not worry if it's done right. I do not have to figure out if what they're telling me about my car is true, or just a money grab. As always, good service at a good price.

Needed tires and a new place for general service of my vehicles on an ongoing basis, one that is closer to my home (Current garage is over 30 miles away!). Stopped in and got an oil change on my SUV. I liked what I saw and how I was treated, so I returned in my sedan for tires and an oil change as well. Looks like I've found a new place for service.

Usually when I walk in a tire or auto repair shop that's busy, I seem to be a bother to the staff. "We can't get to it until tomorrow" or something like that. This visit was great. The rep said he would take a look and get back to me. Checked the tire and did an alignment check. It did need an alignment but they performed it, and let me know when it was ready. They also took my payment over the phone so I could pick up car after hours. Nice job!

I wish I could give these guys 25/10. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Professional and will quite literally never go anywhere else for an oil change again. These guys work hard and will absolutely go the extra mile for you.

The crew members at this location were exceptional.. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This visit included an oil change tire rotation and a brake check. I was also notified of a plastic bag which had melted to my muffler and was emitting a burnt smell. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency.
