My wife's BMW was towed there Thursday night after closing. We were on our way home to Tempe after a vacation in Kansas. Friday morning we were there just after opening and spoke to Lee Ann about out tire needs, she explained to us that she did not have the tire in stock and could not get it till Monday, Lee Ann said she might have a used tire, she found a used tire and within an hour we were on our way home. many thanks to Lee Ann and Big O Tires, you guys saved the day for us. Thanks again.

on my way up to payson had a puncture in sidewall they were Very friendly and accepted my tire warranty

Another local tire company not only told me they did not have the tire in stock; but could not even order one for me. I was planning to drive 83 miles to another community to get a tire and just happened to pass this location and pulled in and was told they not only had the tire but could take care of my tire immediately! They removed the flat tire and rim from my trunk and worked on putting the new one on while I returned home to get the car with the temporary spare and returned for them to install so I didn't have to. They were helpful and I socially distanced in a clean and pleasant environment.
