Polite Team very good service

Outstanding experience as always! I drive past the Big O tires in Laveen which i could walk home from however the two times I've attempted to use that facility, the staff was so pushy and adamant about what i needed of course at a cost that it left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth and will never go there. This location i go to has ALWAYS treated me fair and non pushy at all. They recommend what should be done to my vehicle and are not overly pushy and rude and always are grateful for my business.

I come here often, and this location is my #1 even when I live closer to another location. Customer service is great and they seem honest, friendly, cooperative, and always have a nice snack bar set up (I love being early and forget to eat breakfast so it's very helpful!)

The facility had water donuts coffee fruit and donutsThe staff was extremely friendly. I was helped by a young man named Terrence. He was very knowledgeable. I signed up for a big o card and he gave me 25 dollars off. I was amazed how quickly my car was completed. I will definitely be back . I will also tell my friends at work and church how awesome big o is.

Everything was explained in detail with pricing and what was needed to be done to my car, got a quote for it as well.
