Big O Tires

I used them a day ago David was awesome he let me know what needed to be done immediately and what could wait my car runs smooth thank you!

Max was accommodating, as 8 had originally called to top off nitrogen in tires at 7 AM, but remembering I had a meeting at 8, I drove to the location and inquired about fitting me in before close. Max took care of the tires effectively and efficiently, with a smile. He was very polite and professional. I will most assuredly refer my friends and family to Big O Tires , at this location, for all of their tire needs. Thank you Max!

Exceptional customer service: I took my car to Tempe Kia for oil change and noise from engine. Was told car was 7 days out of warranty and it would cost over $500 for repair. The customer service agent had no care in the world. Right after I got my car I called big o tires told them what was wrong and asked for price for the service and was quoted about $180. I would never go back to dealership Big O has me as a customer forever

Everyone was great and was very helpful in getting my 1971 Ford Torino in for a wheel alignment. Car was done in a few hours and drives perfectly Thank you

Terrence Griffin is an exceptional Manager and is the perfect example of what customer service should be all about. He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction for me in December of 2018 and was able to turn around, what was a poor experience for me in February 2019, back into a positive experience. As long as he remains a valued employee, I will remain a Big O Tires customer. I sincerely hope Big O Tires does more than give him an "At a boy" for his dedicated and professional service.
