Terrence showed great communication skills with my vehicle. He even told me about the things that I need to get done with my vehicle. He showed the great up most respect. As I saw him with his employees he treat them as if they were family and when it came to the customers he did the same as well. Terrence was easy going and fun to talk to.

I am extremely satisfied with this Big O location. Terrance the supervisor is a big reason why I continue to come back to this location it's 35 minutes away from my home I make this trip no matter what because he has his team treat me like I'm family we all pretty much refer to each other on a first name basis & I always leave with a smile on face . Please continue to make sure that this location is recognized for its customer service and speed of service the staff in my opinion is top notch it's a direct reflection of the guy who runs the show . To be honest some of the other location I've visited could learn a few things from them all .

Yesterday was my very first visit for oil change. The job was completed within an hour, but I noticed a leak after arriving home, and went back immediately to get it fixed. Both the tech and his boss looked at it immediately upon my arrival, communicated every details about what they are doing, and they completed the job again within 10-15 minutes. Human errors are possible, but their willingness to quickly resolve problems is commendable.

I moved to Arizona three years ago and big o tire is the only place that has ever worked on both my cars. I think they are a bit expensive but sometimes it's worth cause you get what you pay for. The only problem I've ever had with them is that they wanted to charge me $1500 to install a compressor for my air conditioner and I found out the part brand new only cost $150 so why would they charge me so much? I'm not going to pay that price it's extremely to high!!

The staff was so helpful. My car was making popping noises and I had my toddler in the car. They checked it out and told me what it could be right away. They got myself and my daughter home safely while they looked at it for me. They went over and beyond. Thanks guys
