Big O Tires

Came into the shop a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. Arrived at 7:00am when the shop opened and left at 9:20am. Too long to complete an oil change. The service was great the complimentary donuts and coffee was great.

Been a Big O customer for more than a few years and always find myself going back. This time a minor issue arose after picking my car up: by the time I drove the 40mi home I found the right rear tire almost flat. This was one of 2 I had replaced so it was a bit alarming to find a brand new tire in this condition. It's also a major safety concern at freeway speeds. I didn't check the tires prior to leaving the shop in Phx and maybe I should have, but... The shop in Queen Creek fixed it up on the spot and gave me every assurance that it would be taken care of if there were continual problems. This doesn't change my opinion and I will continue to use Big O for future needs.

Had a slow leak in my front tire. They found a nail, removed and repaired the tire. No charge. Part of their service. What customer wouldn't like that?

Terrence has provided high quality service over the years. I feel as though he knows me and he’s earned my trust & confidence.

I was looking for a fairly quick oil change and tire rotation. The tech asked me to come in at 11 a.m. and to allow an hour. I waited in the store. The car was not moved for 40 minutes, but when I asked how it was going, someone got the car and finished the job. I was out the door by 12:20 p.m., so it was kinda a long wait for something that would have been done in 20 minutes at Jiffy Lube. However, I feel like the guys at Big O are more professional and I've been to many different locations with the same experience. Staff was friendly, and the price was right.

Friendly and prompt service. Timeline given for the completion of the work was almost spot on. Terrance and Bo provided in depth details and great service for me and my mother
