Oil changes purchase of tires.mechanical work balance.

Trevor, travis and the manager really took care of my needs this time.around. listened, understood and advised about how long. They even gave me a ride a home. True pros in the front.

Oil change took a while, checked in at 9am checked out at 11:45am.

I've often gone to Big O for service and tires at several different locations and I've never been sorry. This time, I was a little concerned when I saw staff smoking inside the garage area around flammable oil materials (safety and fire liability?), but they got the job done more quickly than I expected. Customer service was perfect.

I had the privilege of working with Terrance when I came into the shop. I was greeted so kindly and professionally. It was the fastest I’ve ever had a repair made and they helped make it happen even when I was on a time crunch. Excellent service!

The only reason there isn't a score of five stars is because of the wait time. Otherwise, the service was professional and courteous.

I called to see if I could drop off my van for an oil change really late in the evening around 4:30 and the manager happily said yes and call me when it was ready right at closing time ! The manager was very friendly and informative and I was very happy with the service.

I will continue to return, but would recommend their more attention to detail (i.e. handprints on steering, door panels, etc.)... overall service very, very good.

this location is the only one I trust to work on my father’s mustang. Eric is a bomb a$@ mechanic Terrance is a great manager and Boe is cool too. They don’t try to sell you on anything but keep it 💯 and the prices don’t make me pass out

I made an appointment. It was a long while getting my car seen to.

Both Bo and Terrence the store manager were so pleasant. They were quick to check me in. The shuttle service was great. Allowed me to take care of my personal things while my service was being completed. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys!
