I was so happy as soon as I entered there was 1 person talking with the employee and the other greeted me so quick to let me know they would be right with me. And they explained everything I wanted to know and got the job done pretty quick and now my truck runs way better for that

I was told by two different staff members two different time frames on oil changes within an hour's time span. Was spoken to by Todd in a hurried manner over the phone, physical interaction with Mike was a "know it all"� demeanor, but Colby was very pleasant, patient, and he took the time to explain everything to me. I have been going to Big-O for years now, and unfortunately, the scheduling, interactions, etc. leave a bad taste/feeling. For example, an oil change will take 3-4 hours, and another said it will take an hour. Which is it??

I come to this location because it's convenient to where I live. The one problem I have with the service here is the wait time. I have a problem with waiting hours after being given an appointment time. I feel that if it's going to be a long wait time, the associate waiting on you should inform you of that at that time and let you decide if you want to sit and wait or come back for your vehicle when it's ready.

They had my car most of the day to install 4 new tires. I guess they finally got them from another store, near closing time.

I had a flat tire on my sports car that I keep in a storage unit because I live in apartments. After my divorce and I got the car, I am not used to the maintenance of the car. So while my car was completely flat I called Big O to ask what to do. I inflated my nitro tires with air and drove the 2 miles to the store. I was scared about covid, I am a 65 year old , and I didn't know if they would make me come in the store. They didn't. Terrance came out and said don't worry we will take care of your car. So I had to leave the car at the shop for a week and a half while they found me a new set of rims. They brought my car in every night to protect it and I can't believe they did that. I thank them so much for protecting it. I didn't know what kind of rims I wanted on the custom factory ordered car at first. Poor Terrance had to guess at first. Then I found the reproduction rims that the car came with. So Terrance and Ralph looked up and ordered the rims. I did not feel any stress at all with them having the car. I wasn't scared for my safety from the pandemic or the car in their hands. Even though its a older car now...it still got the first class service its used to.

Wait is too long , only person there I can deal with is manager Nick , other employees are not helpful or knowledgeable . I only go there still because of my warranty so I have to go get there . 3 hours every time is just too long

I first dropped off a tire on a Friday afternoon to be repaired. I was never called that day. I had to call the next day and the tire had not been fixed. A few days later I still brought another vehicle in and Spent 5 hours at the store waiting for a tire to be delivered and put on my car. I was told a staff member would take me home until the tire arrived that never happened. It was not a good overall expo Erie center considering I spent over 500.00 with the company
