My credit Big O Tires card was not accepted a d had to pay with debit card. The glove compartment door was removed and not put back in place. I had to do it myself when I got home and noticed it.

I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and 4 new tires and I was the first customer in the door. Several hours later, the service advisor called to inform me that my car was ready. After I arrived to pick up my car, I spoke with a service advisor and paid my bill. I got to my car to inspect my new tires only to discover that only 2 tires had been replaced. I informed personnel in the store that I still needed 2 more tires and , although I did get 2 more tires mounted, this extra wait defeated the purpose of having dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning. The manager was unsympathetic and offered me nothing for the inconvenience.

Today i needed my tire repaired because a nail was in my tire that i bought from them in January and still has a warranty but this Spanish guy has a nasty attitude and he says he will get to it like whenever. I will go to another one next time. Don't like his service it sucks.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They inspected my car and realized that a service (transmission flush (?) was either not done correctly or wasn't done at all on my car back in June/July when I brought my car in for the service. The day I purchased that service I spent over $540.00 that day. They completed the service as they should have months ago, yet they couldn't explain why it didn't happen. The more I thought about it afterwards, I feel they owe some of my money back. I paid for a service I never got or was done incorrectly. This makes me question bringing my car back to Big O.

Had a 7 am appointment 4 a oil change and tire rotation was there almost 3 hours just for that should b a lot better than that

Had a 12pm appt and was told to leave the vehicle and they would call me when it was complete And I was assured it would be before 4pm. I was shuttled to work and Told they would shuttle me back to my vehicle. I never received a call and at 4pm I called and they said that my vehicle would take another half hour to complete. 4 hrs on an oil change and there was nothing at all as far as other issues. Vehicle is newer and well maintained. I had to walk back to the location.

had a 9 am apptmt on a Sunday when they opened and at least 2 cars were done before me-was there almost 1 1/2 hours for an oil change-ridiculous.

I brought tires from these guys., I get a nail I'm my tire bring my car in to get the tire fixed, luckily I went outside to make a call my car had been sitting outside ready, no one told me anything after sitting for 2 and a half hours. Then as I drove away my hub cap flew off the tire that was fixed and hit another car., and also after bringing my car in to them one of my sensors on my tires keeps going off needs to be replaced now.. it was good before I bought it there to get tires.. I'm so done

So I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It’s my first car and I want to baby it but at the same time it’s a Jeep so you know what that means. I’ve only had the car for 4 months and I’ve put almost 7k miles on it so I knew it was time to take it in. The sales associate made things extremely easy on not only what oil was needed and the price but also asked me if I have any plans with the car. Of course I told him “YES!” because again it’s a Jeep, I told him I’m looking at upgrading my tires and suspension and he showed me the BIG O brand tires that would work perfect and told be the benefits of the 3 year rotation, I even applied (and was approved) for the Credit Card!! So now have plans on a new tire setup planed for the upcoming month and I couldn’t be any happier about the outcome of yesterday’s trip!

I went on a Tuesday to get I tire patched. They tell me I've got a staple another tire. I needed new back tires anyway so I bought the tire. Next day the tire pressure light comes back on. They did not fix the front tire. I went back on Thursday to get it fixed. Cashier was on the phone I wait, no problem. I tell him the story, he tells to pull around and he'll come meet me outside. Its hot outside, after 15 minutes I go back inside a different cashier, bald headed guy, tries to call the other cashier. I go back out wait another 5 minutes guy never shows I went back inside saw the original cashier that wasn't actually helping me and told him I was leaving and left. Not sure the cashiers name, older white haired guy.
