At the time of picking up my car a "lug nut missing" was written somewhere in the paperwork, but no one ever mentioned it. The next day, when I call the store an employeed implied that I was lying. I rate that as a poor customer service.

There was damage to my vehicle caused by the tech.. I informed the manager. He stated he would get back to me.. I also called customer service and I haven't heard back. I paid for a brake job that was never done.

Took my vehicle in for alignment. Had to take it twice. My husband decided to have the struts replaced. Have taken the car back 3 times. Not happy at all. I have an apt with our regular mechanic. When I get the outcome I will contact your store.

got synthetic oil and let you guys put an expensive air filter in there because I didn't have time to stop and do it myself and I couldn't even get my fluids checked and topped off. BIG BRIGHT YELLOW light on dash showing my wiper fuid needed topped.....but hey...its hard finding competent help these days right? Second time Ive given Big O (first for yours) a chance and probably just going to stick with the 2 strikes and your out mentality

So I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It’s my first car and I want to baby it but at the same time it’s a Jeep so you know what that means. I’ve only had the car for 4 months and I’ve put almost 7k miles on it so I knew it was time to take it in. The sales associate made things extremely easy on not only what oil was needed and the price but also asked me if I have any plans with the car. Of course I told him “YES!” because again it’s a Jeep, I told him I’m looking at upgrading my tires and suspension and he showed me the BIG O brand tires that would work perfect and told be the benefits of the 3 year rotation, I even applied (and was approved) for the Credit Card!! So now have plans on a new tire setup planed for the upcoming month and I couldn’t be any happier about the outcome of yesterday’s trip!

Went back 3 times within a week in a half and the original problem I went in for is still a problem but spent close to 200$ to still have the same issues

Labor costs are ridiculous. I paid more in labor costs then I did for an actual tire. So many hidden fees they don't tell you about, I recommend going to Walmart or another shop for work

Truck service was good but customer service was lousy. I thought my experience would be a good one but when I went to the counter and waited in line to be helped because I saw my vehicle was done but the guy at counter was not interested in helping me and told me to step aside while he helped the guy behind me. Boy did that tell me that he either would rather bring in new business since he already had mine or he has a problem with women.
