Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change and the staff convinced me to purchase the fuel saver package which brought my total from roughly $70 to over $100. As part of the service they were supposed to rotate my tires which they clearly did not because I have a slow leak in one of the tires and my computer says that the psi levels are the same as when I drove my vehicle into the shop (including the lower psi of my back right tire). There was also trash left over inside my vehicle when they were done with it. I feel that they took more money from me than was necessary and didn't perform the services they sold me on. I am very unhappy with my experience there.

Terrence was an enormous help to my mother and I as we purchased new tires. He was straight forward and didn’t attempt to sell us anything we didn’t need and made sure we stayed in our budget.

My car came into the shop to be looked into after an hour, I had an appointment as well, then they did not want to honor their coupon for the rear break job for the 87.99.

Made an appointment which was to require 1 hour. Took them 4 hours to replace 4 tires

BEST PLACE IN TOWN TO GET NEW TIRES AND SERVICE!!!

Not sure that my tires were balanced properly as I still have a bit of a shake in the wheel. Also, mediocre customer service. I had to ask for the print out from the computer showing before and after measurements of the alignment. They were unable to provide me the before measurements.

Thanks to Terence takes good care very knowledgeable I been coming here because Of him for the past 3 years he needs a managers job has great customer service

Lets just say I had a horrible experience. Left there with my tire sensor on which was fine when I left it and had no problem before and now I will have to take it to the dealership to have it fixed!

They were quick and professional

I brought my car in for a full synthetic oil change. After picking my truck up I drove it for 2 minutes than my truck oil light started blinking & starting saying for me to turn my truck off because I had zero ENGINE OIL I WENT TO YOU GUYS FOR MY OIL CHANGE HOW IS IT THAT I WAS ZERO ENGINE OIL. So I take my truck back ASAP. They put the engine oil in cool the light goes off.Now on the way home my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. So day number 2 i took my truck back still couldn't resolve this PROBLEM BIG O TIRE CREATED MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

The facility had water donuts coffee fruit and donutsThe staff was extremely friendly. I was helped by a young man named Terrence. He was very knowledgeable. I signed up for a big o card and he gave me 25 dollars off. I was amazed how quickly my car was completed. I will definitely be back . I will also tell my friends at work and church how awesome big o is.

Fuck ass shit

Mike took care of my vehicle. Everything went smooth. They have donuts coffee popcorn and fruit. No pressure sales they just get the job done right. Thanks Big O Tires. I will be back for other services.

Took them 6hrs to do oil change. They didnt even call that it was done.

The service was great and Colby addresses all of my issues.

I made appointment and 3 hours after appointment time my tire still wasn't fixed. I should never had bought my tires there Baseline & 7th Street. I will never again and have told everyone about the poor customer service and in-ability to honor repairs on tires bought there. I ended up getting my car back and had tire fixed at Purcells!

Colby was the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and did try to sale me on anything I did not. We have been loyal customers for years and this is why we continue to come back.
