I have left a complaint to the manager in turn at the front desk, I have sent a complaint through email (sent in 2018) with no response and I have received terrible service. There are long wait times and if I don't get up to ask, there is no communication with the customer. Last December I went back to ask for my left headlight to be replaced. I was asked to return the next day and that it would take 30 minutes. I returned the next day. I had to leave my car and 4 hours later, I was called by them to let me know that the cost of the light bulb was $49 and the replacement would cost approximately $360 because they needed to take the bumper off to be able to do that. I said no, thank you, and took the car to another place. At this second place, it was unnecessary to remove the bumper, I paid a total of $92 tax included and from the time we arrived to the time we left, it was a total of 40 minutes. When I saw there was new management, I thought the service would improve but it is the same or even worse. I am unsatisfied.

I went to Big O for the first time about six months ago for 2 new tires and had outstanding customer service from Terrance. I knew I would go back. I went back in the summer when it was really hot outside because I had a nail in the tire. Even though they were extremely busy they took care of my tire right away. I was in and out. Customer service an A+. A couple of weeks ago I was planning a trip out of state and wanted to get my car serviced and tires rotated. I knew I wanted to go back because of the excellent customer service from the service guys and especially because of Terrance. He is awesome. A keeper! I will definitely be back!

My first experience with tbis company wasn't ok. It wasn't something to write a review for. First time I went, they changed the oil but never called me to pick it up, I ended up goin at 8pm and luckily was able to get my truck. They said it was done at 5 but no one ever called me.

6 months ago. I took my truck. I was pleased with the costumer service but! My truck wasn't ready on time, not did they call me when it was done, they had it locked up .. when I went at 7pm they said it was done 5hrs ago but no one ever called me. This time around I made a apt the day before. I dropped it off today at 10am and called at 4pm they never got to my oil change .. I had a apt so I feel like they should've did my truck. I called and they said give them 1hr. 6:30 came around and I drove by. My truck was still in the spot I parked it. Therefore I'll never go back again. Poor service and no one gave a shit about my apt made and my simple oil change. Sadly my truck never got fixed they didn't offer me a free oil change or any discount for not getting to my truck. 8hrs! Waiting and no one apologized.

My comments were based on the number 1 being the lowest rating. My last couple visits were highly unsatisfactory. And speaking with them to resolve issues is a waste of time. Visit before last I waited almost two hours to hear, tire not in stock can I come back at five. Last visit, I communicated if you cannot patch my tire with nail in side walls. I want it replaced. I waited two hours to hear, it's no leaking it's safe. I knew that and communicated that when I checked in. Both times the bad customer service made it easier for me to buy a new discount tire

The only issue I ran into was there were not enough staff when I got there at opening time so I had to wait to be checked in and talk to someone

The front in alignment that was supposed to be done was not done I had to take the car back and then they did it. The four new parts that were supposed to be put on my car turns out only three of them were put on the car it was a used part that was already on the car I know because I had them marked. I would not recommend you and I will not be back you have a customer here they gave you plenty of business that you will never see again very upset was the quality of performance done at the baseline big o tires sincerely Darrell Nichols.

An absolutely terrible experience so far. I bought my Sprinter van in for an oil change and ended up with them damaging the body by lifting it from the wrong place when they jacked it up. Then when I let them know what happened they are claiming it was damaged before I had service. They showed me a still frame from their security camera which actually shows no damage whatsoever and are trying to say that they can see a dent where there is none. I'm totally disgusted by their blatant dishonesty

The only small complaint I have is that there were grease smudges left on the inside of the car as well as on the wheels following the replacement of my tires. I should leave with a car cleaner that I brought it.
