Big O Tires

I went in Saturday got a quote it was to late to do the work so I got their an hour before the store opened Sunday. First inline and told what I was quoted for the work that was needed to be done now can't be done pak my trailer bearings the manager said they dont do that sort of thing but a few years prior they did do the bearings. You have lost my biz for ever.

The guy that helped me at the front was professional and friendly. I brought my suv in because I had a flat tire that I needed to get fixed. It felt great to be able to just leave my vehicle there and then come back in a few hours before they closed and picked it up. My tire was fixed and I was on my way. Zero hassle aside from getting the flat tire itself.

Very poor service and excuses

Completely messed up my car took 6 hours for just an oil change than got my car and everything was bad after that I will never return here

I felt discriminated because I was a women given the run around from not only employees but management too, Terrance and Tod. Unfortunately I have my tire warranty with them but I'm going to try my hardest to not need any more service done to my tires to avoid being treated like crap. I give them 5 thumbs down for this. Me and another lady were dealing with the same problem at the same time. It was ridiculous

Was there from 9am to 5pm on 8/19 to get a full tune up, ac check, and nail in tire fixed. Was charged about $500 to come home to service tire light back on an hour later and nail still in my freaking tire. Now who knows if I even got a full oil service and a/c check since a simple nail did not get fixed. Took truck back in today and I'm told that I have to wait for 6 customers that are ahead of me. Ridiculous! Second time I deal with this b*******!

Did a great job and was very fast would go back again for another problem

I took my vehicle for a standard oil change and now can no longer start my car it's been a terrible inconvenience and I do plan to take legal action due to this being unacceptable

They tell you what you need, not force you to buy stuff that you don't. No pressure.

my friend took his car in yesterday to get 4 brand new tires on. When they were done they had broken key off in ignition and didn't explain how it happened.Didn't offer to get it fix they told him to get some gorilla glue on the tip and try to get the other part out. Now its going to cost for new ignition lock and to get it replaced.

I greatly appreciate service the guys were very polite and very attentive to my needs and I will definitely be back if needed

More up selling than good customer service, rather than checking why my vehicle was shaking the rep was more worried about selling me 900 tires and free service to remove spacers. The guy sucked! Went to a mom and pop shop and they were awesome!

I was. Treated with the upmost. Respect and. Most of all. The. Clerk at the front Desk realy expressed that i was Valued as a friend of Big o tires. And. That how that Clerk earnes a pay check. Frim treating the customer as if they are consider a Freind to the Place that he get paid to work there. Honestly he made me feel as if i was a Valied. Freind ti that corporation. Not just a client that paying for. Service. He express a major act of what. Big o tires realy represent. any one that Comes inside that establishment. For. Service is comming to a place that consider not just a paying client. But a Freind of that. Corporation. And that made me feel as if iam not just a number in line for service, iam a Persin whom is Next to be giving. The upmost treatment inspite of the major or minor Service iam receiving. Hevmade me ferl as if my Simple Oil Change was just as major as a complete overhaul. And my cost of that simple oil change was just as valuable to any other service that may have cost $200 or $500. When i was only paying the cost of a simole oil chsnge That was. Professional. Ethics that clerk express to the fullest

Worst experience ever. I was told the car will be ready by 7 when they close. It 8:07 and still waiting

Waiting 3.5 hours for a flat to be repaired is not great service.

Hello, I was going to write a review on yelp, but here works too. I went to get an oil change on Saturday the 13th. I went bright and early, made it before 7am i was the first one at the counter. Technician told be it would take alittle longer than usual, no big deal. He told me i would get a call when my truck was done. I left my keys, paid for a Lyft to go back home. 9am came along and no call. I decided to call and technician on the phone said that something had come up and he was going to call me back. I waited for about an hr and still no call. I called again....no answer. I got a ride at 10am to big o only to be told "im sorry, got really busy but let me check on your truck". He comes back to tell me "your truck is not done" what!! How could it not be done, i left it at 7. I was the first one there. It was just an oil change. He then tell me that my truck was "next in line". No it wasnt! Im sure it was "next in line". I asked for my key and walked out of there very upset. All the other guys that came in when i did were gone. So why did my truck get pushed back? I feel like this is why women dont go to places like this because we get "pushed back". Its sad that now i dont feel comfortable going to big o and i have to now take my truck somewhere else thats not in my community.

Great Service as always. Always very professional.
