Big O Tires

Dropped my truck off for service. I asked them how long it would take the tech Jose said 2 hours. Left the truck there for 5 hours and nothing had gotten done. As soon as I showed up to pick up truck Jose says your truck is next. Poor customer service this Big O Tires is a joke.

Went in for ac service. In the last two weeks I had to go back 3 times. I paid $130 for a diagnostics the first time I went in. Not even a week later and my ac went out. Took it back got changed again because apparently what was wrong wasn't caught in the diagnostic. So got charged again. Just a few few days later my ac acts up yet again. Went back again and now turns out it's something else wrong. So I won't be going back here again. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I'm down $500 and my ac isn't working as good as it should be for that kind of money.

I was. Treated with the upmost. Respect and. Most of all. The. Clerk at the front Desk realy expressed that i was Valued as a friend of Big o tires. And. That how that Clerk earnes a pay check. Frim treating the customer as if they are consider a Freind to the Place that he get paid to work there. Honestly he made me feel as if i was a Valied. Freind ti that corporation. Not just a client that paying for. Service. He express a major act of what. Big o tires realy represent. any one that Comes inside that establishment. For. Service is comming to a place that consider not just a paying client. But a Freind of that. Corporation. And that made me feel as if iam not just a number in line for service, iam a Persin whom is Next to be giving. The upmost treatment inspite of the major or minor Service iam receiving. Hevmade me ferl as if my Simple Oil Change was just as major as a complete overhaul. And my cost of that simple oil change was just as valuable to any other service that may have cost $200 or $500. When i was only paying the cost of a simole oil chsnge That was. Professional. Ethics that clerk express to the fullest

The customer service that I experienced was awful. I was spoke to in a condescending manner. Never provided any updates during the entire time I was there unless initiated by me.

Waiting 3.5 hours for a flat to be repaired is not great service.

Absolutely worst customer service. First you tell my mother she got her tires at a different store, then you can't find her warranty in the system and if they are covered by warranty it would still be $70-80 to replace the 2 tires. Finally, after she provides you the warranty you call and say it's $108. I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can not to come to your store!

you broke the door handle to my 2001 ford ranger. the mgr. marcio told me I couldn't prove they broke it, so too bad he would not do anything

I missed the service date on my rear differential, and it acted like it was slipping. When Nick had the service done and added the additive the"Slip" left.

Not happy at all with the service I received, about 6 months ago I bought a new set of tires, the guy talked me into the "snap" Credit, wich I mistakenly accepted, the guy never explained any details and just rushed me through it to get me "taken care of" Faster. So I wait the 3 hours it takes for them to put on my tires, it was the middle of the day and only 1 person was ahead of me, ridiculous wait time... Then they tell me one of my rims won't hold air. They say they can fix it for almost 500,and put it on snap. About 2 weeks later they call saying they can't fix the rims, So I buy new rims, come back and it's another 3 hour wait. Mind you they never took off the charge for the rim repair I never got, wich if something is not done I will take other measures. So thinking everything is done, about a month later the tread separated from the brand new tire, I go back wait another 3 hours for them to tell me I have to come back, they don't have the tire. Another 3 hour visit. Then a couple months later another tire separated and another 3 hour wait, but I also had a fixable nail in we different tires, I told them about, they didn't even look at them or air them up, I did when I got home and noticed they were flat, not only that I had to pay a 60 dollar reinstall fee for both tires that blew and not my fault at all, I want my money back, for the tires, the rim repair and all the time I have wasted at your location at 7th st and baseline!!!

dropped car off on saturday to get brakes done on sunday went to get car on sunday at 330 and car was not touched The guy who took car in screwed up paperwork he was new and not comfortable with computer so I am not complaining about that because we all have to learn new stuff and the manager told me 45 minutes they would get it done and they jumped on it right away' They took brakes off and told me they were just dirty and had 80 % left so had brake flush done while they had it up. Ihave been going there for several years and am glad to say they have always treated me good and are honest ... anothe shop might of cleaned up brake pads made adjustment and charged me for brake job. I am glad that your employees are honest

Horrible time spent here checked in at 1140 am with my mom she got oil change on her vehicle i got 4 new tires...my tires were not available in stock so they went and got them called me at 222pm to tell me they had my tires.. Remind you my moms vehicle was still there we came back at 3pm her oil still was not done i stated to them i could not stay for a long time did i need to come back they assured me it wouldn't take much longer well its 608pm and i still have no vehicle and my mom truck was not retured until 4pm this is the worst Big O ever!

I always bring my vehicle to Big O because I trust them and the work they do.

I was there for 4 hours give or take. Apparently my truck was left without getting worked on because they forgot about it. They said they thought it was done but no one bothered to check. I will definitely let friends and family know about this horrible customer service experience and tell them not to use Big O. I will not be coming back here. There are more places that will appreciate my business.

I don't understand why it takes so long - you schedule an appointment and nothing happens. Why do you offer appointments if you don't honor them. If pay for a service and find out later, no you don't need it and still pay for it???

I was told a hr to get my tire fixed I have been sitting here 4 hrs and my car sitting still in the parking lot 3 other have come and gone I would NEVER TELL ANYONE TO COME TO THIS STORE!!!if you can go to the one in Surprise

The people at Big O Tire really make you want to come back. Great service good attention to detail, and they do extra without charge as a complimentary service. Examples I had missing valve stems and they replaced all four without me buying tires......fantastic!!!!
