Big O Tires

My experience at Baseline Rd. In Phoenix, Az Big O was a dud. My mother asked me not to check my car in at this location because of a horrible experience she had with the staff here. I was verbally told my car would be taken care of for 89 dollars for my diagnosis of brake issues, my keys taken away and rused out the door. All he stated was, "I got you." Once diag happened spoke to the manager Terrance and he told me the total for all the services were 626 dollars. I personally knew it may be close to this amount for the services I needed. I asked for a breakdown from another associate who told me every price except for a missing $100 on my bill. Finally Terrance sent me a email with my list of my quote of parts and labor. They put brake fluids on my bill!?!?! I never asked for that service to be done. Is this how Big O works? Lost my business for life. Never going back.

Explained what I could afford and the customer service rep worked with me to get as close to my price. Explained every step of the way and showed me what else could be fixed down the line. Thank you!

Don't let this page review fool you into being a customer with this auto shop, like I did. Google them and you can see actually reviews on them where they are as low as 3 stars. I brought my car here because my tire popped, big o was the closet to me. I put my spare on and got all four new tires with balance, mounting, and even an alignment. I was stranded there for 6 hours, without of car. When I got my car back it did not drive better, it drove worse. My car was shaking violently, my steering wheel about to pop out. So I had to go back and they just feed me bs about buying new parts for my car that I need. I know about mechanics and I tune up my car properly, so what the people in the front and the mechanics were telling me lies about my vechiles. I do the work myself and it drive, not great, but better than how they did the work. I go back for the third time and talked to a manager about a refund because I paid for something to do done correctly and you guys did not delivered that. He did not want to give me a refund and said that it was impossible to even give me my money. I told him " you are the manager right? I don't got to sit here and explain to you already what you guys have done to my vechile, and how you guys try to blame that my vechile was the problem and not your work. So for $80 refund you guys are going to loose a customer and I'm going to write a review about my experience here. Tell everyone how not to come and that your slogan of The Team You Can Trust, is false advertisement." Do not, I repeat, do not come here with your vechile and you see all these over reviews on this page that I guarantee they are here for show. I was a customer that paid hundreds of dollars to have hundreds of problem with my car. Go somewhere else.

This was a truly terrible experience. I dropped my car off around 330 and was told it would be done by the time they close at 7. I called 3 times to check on the status b/c I was never called and it took over 4 hours for it to be completed. When I went to pick up my truck, there was no apology about taking so long or anything. Then, when I was driving home, my check engine light came on and now my truck shakes when I am stopped.

The service I received as all that I could ask for and more. After this trip I can safely say I will be taking my car needs here for a long time to come!!!

I went to purchase new tires. When I got my car back the light was still on for the air pressure, I went inside and asked the worker why it was still on he said give it 10k miles and it will go away. I didn't believe him I took it to my car dealership and they ran test and came back with the sensor being broken. When I went back to big o tires they said they were just going to charge me $100 to get it fixed. I told him absolutely not. I was not going to pay for a mistake that was done while working on my tires. After everything they ended up fixing it, I was told " I'm not saying we did it and I'm not saying we didn't do it but we're going to fix it"� I will be taking it back to my cardealer to insure it was done correctly.

I went in on a Saturday and although it was a long wait it was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my oil changed. They were very busy but still gladly got me set up to get an oil change. They did call me and tell me I would need new brakes and front tires soon and gave me a quote. They were not pushy at all and I didn't feel like I was being talked into something not needed. I'm not sure exactly who helped me but I literally talked to 4 or 5 different people that all seemed happy to do the job. These guys work their butts off and I was very satisfied with the job!

i went there for a standard oil change. i was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour, ok no big deal 2 and a half hours later i had enough and got my keys back to leave. i when i received my keys he then told my vehicle was up next. i still left.

Went in on, 11/28/18, to have an oil change and my front breaks done because they where grinding. It took 4 hours to have this done. Took it back on, 12/30/18, because the front breaks where still grinding. Big. O's, once again said my breaks where good. Took it back again on, 4/20/19, for breaks grinding and we need to have the, L&R CV Comply Asst. F Axle Shaft both L replaced. Once again we where told for the 3rd time that the front breaks are good. As of 5/17, 2019, something is grinding when I use my breaks. We have spent $1,491.48, in a matter of 6 months, with $879.64 be financed through the, Snap Finance Program. So sad!, do not take your vehicles here for vehicle issues other than tires. Worst mechanics supper unprofessional

Great place.

Would not recommend. Very shady. We got oil change with tire rotation. When we picked up car, tires had not been rotated. My husband had marked the left front tire and it was still in the same spot. Even when questioned the manager lied and said he had rotated them. Managers name is Marcio. This is a trust issue. Very bad business practice.

My tire blew out on my way to work, and this Big O location was the only one open when I needed it. I obviously didn't have an appointment, but they got me in right away and I was finished in an hour. Didn't try to oversell me on the tire, either.

When I go to Big O tires I never have a problem with customer service, I go there often. . But I won't be back. . My 8 year old and i went there today with air leaking from my tire. . It Sunday so my options were limited but I have always gotten friendly helpful service at this store. The service tech goes out to look at it tells me he can't fix it, it needs to be replaced so I told him the tire is from a different store they will replace it would you be able you just fix the leak for I just need it to last a day or 2. he said no we have to replace it. I said well can you put the spare again i just need to it to last a few days until I can get the new tire. I was told if I was not going to buy a tire we can't help you. So since wouldn't be bullied into buying a tire they would not help me at all. Would not patch the tire remove the nail or put on my spare for me. And yes I know my visits alone are not keeping the store open but a little kindness or just decency would have gone a long way to repeat business. I was so frustrated I didn't get the guys name. But no matter I wont be back.

Poor service,

Had my car in for a break job. Great service. They downloaded an online savings coupon for me, without me asking, and it gave me a $50 savings. On top of that they gave me a Veteran discount. How many stores, of any kind, do that for their customers? Eduardo even met me in the parking lot and offered immediate assistance. I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and personal service that showed how much they appreciate their customers. Best experience I've every received in 50 years.
