Big O Tires

When I went to Pick up my car, I wasnt giving my invoice. I was told I was gonna get it on my email. why I wasnt able to get my invoice? that is just ridiculous.

I only use Big O services for my vehicle. I trust their service. I really appreciate the new bathroom!

I went in to have an engine light, oil change and free tire rotation. I was charged 110 for diagnostics test which looked at all my fluids. If they had looked in the system they would have scene that I had all the fluids changed 3 months prior this was a rip off test knowing all my fluids had just been changed. I had an 11:00 o'clock appointment and still waited 3 hours. I've lost faith in this company and will probably give another company a try.

took in my car for an oil change and tire rotation (pretty simple). Timing was initially good in that the work was supposedly completed in 1.5 hours. The instructions for the tire rotation included a 5 tire rotation using the spare and rotating the tires counter clockwise. A diagram was included. Came back to find out that the spare was never rotated in even though I was assured that it had been. It then took another 45 minutes to rotate that one tire in. Rather then doing it on the lift, they used 2-3 floor jacks to set up this maneuver. I was also charged an extra fee because the car takes 5.2 quarts of oil...there was never a charge for this before. I think it's time to find a new shop after using Big-O for the last 5-7 years

Well I drop off my car at 7am I had people ahead of me but I drop it off and was hoping to be done within 2hours. Because when I wait there that's how long they usually take. So the employee told me it should be done at 11am. I went home and waited till 11am and I called them and they said they will call back 30-40mins which they didn't I called back at after 12 and they told me it was ready I was upset because no one called me I had to call them! So I didn't get my car back till 6hours later all for just a OIL CHANGE.

I checked around for prices, and I found they had fair prices. Happy with the service.

It took 2hrs for an Oil Change

Dropped off truck at 730 for an oil change and waited as I was told I'm the 4th person in line. 1030 swings by so I'm getting anxious to leave, come 11 I do leave but before I go I ask what the wait time is. I was told I'm next for the oil change. I leave and come back and hour later and my truck is still sitting in same spot. I ask the associate in front and he said he will check. My truck was not yet completed because they had 2 cars awaiting parts on the lift. Frustrated at this point I leave with truck still there and I tell them specifically to call me once truck is in bay. Few hours later I get the call that my truck is ready. 8hrs later for an oil change!!! Worse visit ever. They did not replace my service sticker in truck or reset my maintenance timer. They pretty much rushed it and said, "ok we're done, get out". They didn't even bother to tell me they couldn't rotate my tires until I asked them why my tires are rotated. Didn't get an apology or anything.

I took my h3 hummer for the moonsoon deal you had going on.my tires were never rotated,or filters changed.I guess they dont check what the mechanics do. But i did.i paid for a moonsoon deal and got screwed.never again!

Great customer service.

Was told 45 min to an 1 for all tires mounted. 3.5 hours later I was still there.Management was horrible, crew was horrific, service was the worse ever....!!!!!I will NEVER go back to any of your stores, ever!

I used them yesterday and they fixed my car within 3 hours they cut down to the chase and let me know what can wait and what needed to be fixed immediately now my car is running smooth thanks guys!

The last two oil changes I have had to bring the car back due to oil leaks (2014 vehicle) and they did a fuel cleaning and I had to bring the car back as they left some vacuum lines off.

I always take my car to the Big O on 7th St and Baseline because I trust the people there.
