Big O Tires

The worst...extremely slow service, two hours for an oil change.I will not be going back. They tried to "upsale" to get me to have additional service done on my truck.

They helped my wife with choosing new tires, they listened to what my wife want and they delivered. Kodos

I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option. I took my vehicle there on Father's Day for an oil change, not only was the staff very pushy to sell me extra services that I did not want, they were extremely rude when I told them I was not interested. They took over 2 hours and I got there pretty early in the morning. The next day after my oil change, my car was making a really loud knocking noise when I picked up speed, I went right back to big o tires, they had my car towed from my home to their shop, no one called me all day to inform me the status of my vehicle, I called them about 10:30, they then informed me that my splash guard had become loose and that was nothing that they caused, but they were securing it with bolts. I did my research and the splash guard had to be removed to perform the oil change, I went to pick up my vehicle and they said that when I first dropped my car off that the splash guard had been secured with a zip tie, & when they did my oil change the zip tie broke, they didn't secure it back afterwards, so while I was driving the air and speed had to have loosened it to where it was hanging underneath my car and that's what caused the knocking noise, as the manager was explaining this all to me he was walking away (extremely rude) and explaining he would not replace the part and that all they did was remove it, I was told over the phone it was being secured the right way, now I'm missing the splash guard tiny vehicle because their failure to secure it back caused it to break, if that was truly the case, the day I had taken my car to get the oil changed I should have been informed that they zip tie that was holding the splash guard up had broken, no one explained this to me, & their stories are al completely different I was told one too many thin a regarding what happened, from it being fixed to it being completely removed. I am out of a part that I now have to replace. I am extremely disappointed with the service I was given, I will not be back, & I would never refer anyone here to receive the type of service I did.

Purchase 4 tires which solved the problem. I'm a very happy customer!

I just spent over $800.00 in here a few weeks ago on my daughters car and I called a few days ago and spoke with Marcio and told him I was smelling a burning smell when I got out of my car. He told me to bring it in so I did. In the ten minutes it took to find out what the burning smell was Marcio had left for the day and I was told that a plastic grocery bag got stuck to my muffler and that was where the smell was coming from. I was then given a bill for $60.00. I'm still in sticker shock and will not be returning. What happened to common decency or for that matter common sense to charge someone that outrageous amount for not doing any work.

Simple oil change and I received a lot of good information regarding future repairs.

Not happy at all with this BigO. A few months ago on a Sunday we make an appointment first thing for the morning and still waited 3 hours just for an oil change that takes no more then 25 to 30 minutes to do. So what was the point of the appointment. The guy tells us that if we come early then first come first serve. So fast forward to our next oil change and we go again on Sunday and we are the 3rd on in line and once we get up to the counter to telll the gentleman what we need he says it's a 2 hour wait from only being the 3rd one in line. So my problem is why is it such a long wait. That's not good customer service. They say make an appointment it's faster we made an appointment & still waited 3 hours we go in early and the 3rd one in line and it's a 2 hour wait. I don't understand why the long wait. We stay in line and wait 30 minutes before they open only to tell us we had a 2 hour wait just for an oil change. Not could customer service at all.

Was able to get my tires balanced on a Sunday afternoon. This shop wasn't real busy when I arrived, but before I got to the counter they were swamped. They handled it like NASCAR pit crew. Will I go back to this shop? YES great team, very professional. ""THANKS""

My last visit was greeted with professionalism, but 1 hour and half in for a patch up I simply choose to leave for a 10-15 minute job.Seen other clients who came after me get serviced before me. Location on 7th st & baseline

Brought car in for a service that was done a few months back and same problem occurred with new parts. Brought in at 8am and was not given priority as this was not something I should have been back for. My car was not ready until about 2 pm the next day. Being that I bring all of my automobiles to Big O I was very upset I had to wait for a warranty repair on products that I previously paid for.

They always do a good job no? I will always go to BIG O TIRES they have great dealz too

Bad service they changed my tires brought my car back and it is now making a noise when I am driving checked the car and a part is loose that has nothing to do with my tires I am unsure why they messed with the part for no reason bad service should not take a perfectly running car in and get a car back that makes a loud noise when driving will never go back to this place ever again

Terrible.......was in at 7:30 AM 8/11/2019 for an oil change and tire rotation and balance and did not get out until 3:30 PM...have to find another location. This one sucked.

Store #4169. On March 21, Assistant Manager Dave Guzik gave me an A+ experience. I felt like he truly wanted to take care of my problem. He fully explained how it would be handled. My problem was taken care of exactly as explained.

Waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours to fix their mess up and my car is worse out of line than it was before

Great experience at this location. I've taken my Nissan and my Kia here on multiple occasions for oil changes and tire rotation and have had reliable service performed each time. Service Advisor Nick Lamont is knowledgeable about vehicle makes and models and has gone above and beyond to assist in proper professional maintenance of my cars. Thank you, Nick, for making my trip to your garage a perfect experience. I will continue to use this location for future service needs.

Just forced extra service on me originally stated it was 500 dollars to fixed turned into a 1200 job.

Went to Big O tires all the way around several yrs ago, and put hundreds of dirt road and backcountry miles on them. Developed a slow leak in one and they had me fixed up and out the door in no time and all without any charge. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks for superior products and great service.
