Left my oil filter loose leaking oil wont ever go back or tell anybody ablout them

Great experience at this location. I've taken my Nissan and my Kia here on multiple occasions for oil changes and tire rotation and have had reliable service performed each time. Service Advisor Nick Lamont is knowledgeable about vehicle makes and models and has gone above and beyond to assist in proper professional maintenance of my cars. Thank you, Nick, for making my trip to your garage a perfect experience. I will continue to use this location for future service needs.

did not check truck before or after alignment when I took back for recheck pulling to right They said can not align bad tie rod end ---new ball joints tie rod ends And wheel bearingswhere installed 3 months prior alignment Check

Went to Big O tires all the way around several yrs ago, and put hundreds of dirt road and backcountry miles on them. Developed a slow leak in one and they had me fixed up and out the door in no time and all without any charge. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks for superior products and great service.

Exceptional customer service: I took my car to Tempe Kia for oil change and noise from engine. Was told car was 7 days out of warranty and it would cost over $500 for repair. The customer service agent had no care in the world. Right after I got my car I called big o tires told them what was wrong and asked for price for the service and was quoted about $180. I would never go back to dealership Big O has me as a customer forever

Terrence Griffin is an exceptional Manager and is the perfect example of what customer service should be all about. He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction for me in December of 2018 and was able to turn around, what was a poor experience for me in February 2019, back into a positive experience. As long as he remains a valued employee, I will remain a Big O Tires customer. I sincerely hope Big O Tires does more than give him an "At a boy" for his dedicated and professional service.
