The people at Big O Tire really make you want to come back. Great service good attention to detail, and they do extra without charge as a complimentary service. Examples I had missing valve stems and they replaced all four without me buying tires......fantastic!!!!

Check in was quick and simple. Everyone is nice and explains things in detail. I usually get back on the road pretty quickly depending on the work I need. They answer any questions I have. They make sure to offer the payment plan option available. Just all in all a good experience.

Explained what I could afford and the customer service rep worked with me to get as close to my price. Explained every step of the way and showed me what else could be fixed down the line. Thank you!

Steve Lopez was Extremely helpful. It's the 1st time I've been in since he took over this location. What a difference! He's very friendly and made me feel welcome. Great customer service .

I missed the service date on my rear differential, and it acted like it was slipping. When Nick had the service done and added the additive the"Slip" left.

Isaiah or Steve both did a wonderful job of not only understanding what I wanted but also went above and beyond as I was a first time customer. I plan to go back as soon as something else occurs. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and understanding during my visit there.

dropped car off on saturday to get brakes done on sunday went to get car on sunday at 330 and car was not touched The guy who took car in screwed up paperwork he was new and not comfortable with computer so I am not complaining about that because we all have to learn new stuff and the manager told me 45 minutes they would get it done and they jumped on it right away' They took brakes off and told me they were just dirty and had 80 % left so had brake flush done while they had it up. Ihave been going there for several years and am glad to say they have always treated me good and are honest ... anothe shop might of cleaned up brake pads made adjustment and charged me for brake job. I am glad that your employees are honest

The service I received as all that I could ask for and more. After this trip I can safely say I will be taking my car needs here for a long time to come!!!

I was always kept up with what was going on on my truck. They gave me advice what was going on with it. And he double check back to see what he can do to get that done for me.

I went in on a Saturday and although it was a long wait it was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my oil changed. They were very busy but still gladly got me set up to get an oil change. They did call me and tell me I would need new brakes and front tires soon and gave me a quote. They were not pushy at all and I didn't feel like I was being talked into something not needed. I'm not sure exactly who helped me but I literally talked to 4 or 5 different people that all seemed happy to do the job. These guys work their butts off and I was very satisfied with the job!
