I had taken the car to the dealership because they had an extended warranty and they said it was the tires. I took it to a different big O because it was closer to where I live and they said we can’t help you. You have to go to the big O tires where you originally purchased the tires. So after wasting multiple trips, several hours of my time And a few days to complete this task because of my work schedule, I was able to return to that big O they said it wasn’t the tires. They said it was the hub assemblies which created or caused another trip back to the dealership who eventually took care of the warranty repair. Someone at big O finally told me the truth and thankfully it was the manager at this dealership.

My tire blew out on my way to work, and this Big O location was the only one open when I needed it. I obviously didn't have an appointment, but they got me in right away and I was finished in an hour. Didn't try to oversell me on the tire, either.

I needed 2 tires for my truck and the spare tire replaced with my good old tire. They had the tires right there and were able to do the work right away. Very convenient considering the misfortune of blowing a tire.

Had a oil change this week, and let me know what services are needed in the near future!

Service great as expected except that the wait was a bit longer due to understaffing

Had my car in for a break job. Great service. They downloaded an online savings coupon for me, without me asking, and it gave me a $50 savings. On top of that they gave me a Veteran discount. How many stores, of any kind, do that for their customers? Eduardo even met me in the parking lot and offered immediate assistance. I highly recommend this store for their professionalism and personal service that showed how much they appreciate their customers. Best experience I've every received in 50 years.
