I chose Big O Tires cause they care and answer any questions you have. I have taken my car to Fire Stone and the people there aren’t very helpful and to me it seems like they don’t care about the customers concerns.

I used them yesterday and they fixed my car within 3 hours they cut down to the chase and let me know what can wait and what needed to be fixed immediately now my car is running smooth thanks guys!

The price was very affordable for me with inflation it’s hard and Big O had a good price.

I always take my car to the Big O on 7th St and Baseline because I trust the people there.

My battery was going out on Sat- I called around for apt and made one w/Firestone- to drop off in Sunday/Mothers day. There said no one there could even check my battery and they couldn’t get me in until Wed! My mother and my sons were all following me so we could drop off my car and go to Mother’s Day Brunch! After we left, we passed by BigO #004168. I went in and explain the situation to Steve- he got my car checked in right away, completed the battery and called me to keep me updated-and I was able to pick up my car the next morning. He was very nice. I understood the situation and got me in right away so much appreciated. Thanks again for all the great service.
