I was. Treated with the upmost. Respect and. Most of all. The. Clerk at the front Desk realy expressed that i was Valued as a friend of Big o tires. And. That how that Clerk earnes a pay check. Frim treating the customer as if they are consider a Freind to the Place that he get paid to work there. Honestly he made me feel as if i was a Valied. Freind ti that corporation. I called to see if I could come in an hour before my appointment without having to wait very long and they said it wasn’t really busy so if I came right away, it should work out. Both of your female employees (phone & in person) were very nice and helpful.
